Found Deceased KY - Randall Walker, 54, Whitley County, 24 Jan 2017

Randall Alan Walker, 54, disappeared about 3 a.m. at the northbound rest area near the Kentucky/Tennessee line.

Walker has bi-polar symptoms when off his medications, which he left behind in the vehicle he was traveling in along with his cane.

Walker was traveling with family and they were separated at the Welcome Center.

Walker is a white male, who is 5’8” tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has short gray hair, brown eyes and multiple scars on his back from surgeries.

3:00 a.m. dark and prob no one else around to see which direction he could have taken. Thinking without his cane he may not have been able to go to far...to quick but again dark and probably surrounded by woods.

The sheriff tells WKYT they think the body is 54-year old Randall Walker. Walker was last seen in January at the I-75 rest stop at the Kentucky-Tennessee line.
