GUILTY KY - Trey Zwicker, 14, beaten to death, Louisville, 11 May 2011 #1

On no they are showing the picture of the victims body.......he was laying on his stomach with his hands tucked under his body........how sad! I am surprised they showed that picture.

they showed a picture of a lawn mower blade....was that the murder weapon? Packs of cigarettes and cigarillos.......some pictures taken in a tunnel? A piece of concrete with blood splatter on it.....and a small tree trunk with blood on it. Number 5 a 3 muskateers candy wrapper. Number 38 a plastic water bottle....39 same marker with water bottle.....why are there pics taken from so many angles? Want a general view from where the body was found and then close up view of the evidence......

Weapons a metal bar or baseball bat and a knife(? I think he was also stabbed) never found.

I thought HLN was holding off waiting for the Andrea Sniderman (sp?) trial to live stream.

I'll stick to HLN until these TV stations increase their band width of whatever is needed to accommodate more than four viewers. :stormingmad:

Now following from HLN and their endless commercials.....

Zwicker was found face down on banks of creek.....witness was first on the scene, someone called and reported a body.....

Witness was concerned if the body was alive (yah think?) He did not touch the body. It was in a dirt area. Witness does not specifically remember where he walked...

Officer released after Direct, Cross, Redirect, and recross.

Gounker is the father, stepfather; young is the biological son, and Zwicker is the stepson who was murdered......So the biological father was NOT married to the biological mother who died from a drug overdose?

Zwicker's father on the stand, which I am sure everyone else but me saw earlier from the feed.
He is telling the jury alittle bit about Trey.......there is a picture of Trey on the monitors in a pumpkin patch holding a pumpkin.....Trey was 14 years old when he died! He lived between this witness and Trey's mother's home....Amanda McFarland......the two houses were about 5 minutes apart walking......

The woman who ODed was the defendant's mother. His step mother is the bio mother of Trey Zwicker. I think.
