Trey was allowed to walk between his mother's house and his father's house. The witness knows who all lives on his street. He is naming off the neighbors and pointing out their houses.......strange

Now showing a bigger picture of the houses .......there is a creek, ditchline behind the houses......

HLN says Zwicker started custody battle in 1998 with McFarland.

Now prosecutor is drawing pictures on a big tablet in front of court.....has the names of family members on paper.

Witness is explaining the relationship between all the players.......

Amanda was married to Goucker during the custody battle for Trey.....everyone lived in the same neighborhood.....Witness met Joshua Goucker in 6th or 7th grade....always lived in same neighborhood........Witness realized that Goucker was a theif and then they had no more contact after that.......Amanda saw Goucker before the relationship with this witness........Goucker was gone when witness and Amanda got together........

Long time feud between witness and Goucker....Witness was awarded temporary custody at one point.......

HLN breaks away.......pushes the pause button.....LOL

Witness had heard that Goucker was back....Amanda kept saying no he is not.....finally witness saw him for himself....Goucker had been in prison.

Witness knew Trey and Josh Young to be friends........Josh Young being gone from neighborhood and then back again......

October 2010.....witness confronted Trey's mother about Goucker being back........Goucker was NOT supposed to be around Trey at all........Trey spent time with witness when things were stirred up at his mother's house....Trey had a little sister in his mother's home so he wanted to stay to protect her.......

Witness discribing the area where Trey was found.........a big long tunnel that goes underneath the school......some water...small fish and turtles there.....became a place for students to paint graffiti and then to smoke.......

Can you get to the tunnel straight from Ben DRive? yes you can......Did trey ever go down to that ditch at night.....witness says no...but does not know what happened when Trey was at his mothers.....
