Is anyone else here as surprised as I am that Erin's testimony of what happened is so similar to Jahairas'?

Except for the parts that favor JY. :scared: I really think JG got to her, somehow. JMO

they ran out of pills.

That ain't the time to call the cops. That's the time you speed dial your drug dealer buddy to get you more.

I found her credible. Far more so than any other witness so far.

Of course, she doesn't really make things any clearer - apart from destroying Jahaira's credibility, she adds nothing else. So I'm still up here on the fence. :fence:

Is anyone else facing charges in this weird set of events..kidnapping, assisting with hiding evidence of a murder, etc?

I don't believe she destroyed Jahaira's credibility. There stories were very similar. I believe JY did pass the gun. Two witnesses have stated that JY said he killed Trey, just because she didn't hear it, doesn't make it so.

I am totally on the fence over that testimony I just cannot say I totally believe her maybe its a cleaned up version of the truth.

Just because he (Josh Young) was quiet and not saying anything doesn't mean he had no part in anything. To me, it makes me think he was purposefully being quiet so as not to put any suspicion on him. From what Erin said, it sounds like Gouker was being his "normal" self, and Josh Young was the one acting strange.

I don't know, just my opinion. There is something off about Josh Young, I feel like he's guilty but so far they haven't shown any evidence of it.

Their stories weren't similar at all when it came to their description of the defendant. And I'm afraid she does destroy Jahaira's credibility because she makes it as clear as day that Jahaira participated in the kidnapping - a good reason for the jury to look askance at Jahaira.

What? Jahara (sp) had her luggage by this woman's car before they knew which car she drove? Witness states they saw her drive up the night before...how does she know that? I'm not buying that one. JMO
Good! Now you are beginning to think outside the box

Have the "jail house snitches" testified yet?

You actually buy her story?

I have a hard time believing they knew which car she was driving from seeing it the *night* before.

Has Cassie testified yet?

They were all staying in the same motel, so I don't see what's so hard to believe about that. Do they all have really poor eyesight or something, what's so hard to believe that they would have seen her drive up the night before?

I don't believe her... did you notice how she left the witness stand for a straight bee line to the defense table.

No, Cassie hasn't testified yet... another witness looking forward to
