A judge dismissed complicity to commit murder charges against two men Wednesday afternoon, ruling there was not enough evidence to justify the charges.

snip....there was no evidence either man had a knife or played any role in the stabbing itself.

Sound cut out yesterday so I don't know when court starts but it is @ 9:45 est. Still don't see it on HLN.

I wonder how much the State can bring in. I heard that the father (in prison) and this defendant had kidnapped a woman and held her for several days. I also heard that this defendant had sex with his younger, underage cousin. This kind of info would definitely impact the boy scout look the defendant's side is trying to portray.

IMO I like the coloring with different colors the defendant is doing during testimony. As if he doesn't understand the impact and severity of the situation. If he just sat there stunned and scared it would be more believable than a 17 year old coloring as if he doesn't have a care in the world and is incapable of understanding the seriousness of the situation. I ain't buying that.
