How can these witness's testify when they were guest on HLN last night? I didn't think you could talk or listen to media before you testified?

I know I question this too. I thought until you had testified and the court released you, you couldn't discuss, see, read etc about the case.

Anyone know the info on this Judge? Yesterday he says...I forgot I need to ask if the jury has questions. Today during a break, he asks the witness why she changes gloves.

Amanda said she and Gouker got a divorce while he was in prison years before Trey murder. But Gouker forgot to sign divorce papers.

Gouker convinced Amanda he had changed after prison and they got back together. But abuse began again and she aborted their child in 2011

This is so sad. Both of her children were afraid of the dark.

Almost as sad is that it doesn't seem to bother this mother. Like she doesn't see it as ? about her parenting skills. Poor kids. Wonder how the little girl is doing...

Amanda took Trey back to his room and went back outside with Gouker. Then Amanda and Gouker had sex in bedroom and went to get cigarettes

Gouker had previously said he and Amanda were making a night Trey died. She said they were being "intimate." Jury taking lunch break

I missed that testimony. Why was Trey leaving that night?

If both of those children were afraid of the dark there had to be a valid reason especially for Trey at 14 when most have outgrown those fears.

It even makes me wonder if sometime in their young lives were they locked outside in the dark and weren't allowed back in? That can terrorize any child and make them very fearful of the dark.

Plus abuse and turmoil can trigger this too. I think something was really bothering Trey.......especially when it came to his little sister.

I just find all of this so sad.

I missed some of his father's testimony Agatha. What did he say about Trey wanting to leave. Was he fearful of both Josh G and Josh Y?
