I'm wondering why the kidnapped witness didn't tell the hotel desk guy to call 911 when she went in there with only Josh Young. I'm guessing she was afraid Young would quickly go tell Dad and Dad would go in there and start shooting.

What? Jahara (sp) had her luggage by this woman's car before they knew which car she drove? Witness states they saw her drive up the night before...how does she know that? I'm not buying that one. JMO

Wasn't JG the one who spotted her and told Jahara what to say and to go up and talk to this woman about a ride to the bus station? What do you think she drove up to the motel in if not her own car?

Another thing I have to mention...during Gouker's testimony...it did not seem at all to me like he committed the murder. First of all, the reason he can't "remember" is because he knows he would be making the details up and it would come back on him during cross. He seems like the kind of guy would would be bragging about what he did if he actually did it....sick as it sounds. I didn't buy his line of "why do you want to hear the sadistic details?"

He seems like he wants to blurt out at any minute..."can't believe I'm foolin' all of y'all...hahahaha."

But, the witness said they "knew" what she was driving from the night before. I'm not buying that part. I think the witness told her where there car was that morning. I don't believe the luggage was sitting at the car from them spotting her the night before. And, how in the hello did she "know" this, that they spotted her the night before? JMO

Yes I do. I believed the woman was scared out of her mind. I think in hindsight she was trying to justify why she didn't take off while in the first store. I can see how this thing snowballed and escalated to the point she found a gun pointed at her head. I can see her use her wits to try to be motherly to the main threat in this mess.

That guy is such a psychopath I wouldn't know what to make of his testimony. For all we know he's enjoying admitting to his crime in open court and giving unconvincing testimony so nobody knows what to think. He's the kind of warped weirdo that would be amused by that.

I'd neither acquit nor convict on his word.
