I wish the camera was focused on the defendant instead of the business as usual judge.

Thanks Cuckoohead!! :blowkiss:

You're welcome Tiger! but the sound on this link cuts in and out every so often. Just enough time for me to hold my breathe. Someone who handles audio has an evil streak I think!

Defense up first on closing?

This attorney sounds nervous. She is so odd to me.

Weird that defense is going first.

She does sound nervous but she has sounded that way the entire trial

'Who doesn't want to live with their father?' Ms. Atty? A child who recognizes the father's evilness and REJECTS it as the path they want to take.

Good kids do grow up under evil parents and go on to become good parents and upstanding citizens.

TY decided he wanted to emulate his father and his father's path in life. JMO

Her body movements are so strange and personally I don't like when an attorney pauses all the time to read their script. :sigh:

She is all scrunched up. Her neck is non existant. I bet she is an interesting person to talk to. I hope she isn't ill.

I don't understand why they didn't put on some kind of defense, they had that letter, they could have done something with it. I don't know if I could convict the kid because of the rest of the cast of characters, I still can't get over the court giving any kid to a guy like Gouker, nothing good was ever going to come from that decision.

I wish the guy attny would have done their closing, this chick does look interesting but I'd rather have him talking, he's a little smoother.

She's doing a pretty good job IMO

I have the feeling the jury is distracted by watching her hand and body movements. From experience, it happens. lol

:waitasec: What letter???

ETA: Are you talking about the self serving letter Young wrote to his uncle? Defense can't enter self serving statements.

Once I got past the body language I realized according to this attorney this trial is about JG and he is guilty as sin according to her.

IMO JG has already pled guilty and has been sentenced. IMO the defense should be fixated on the lack of physical evidence tying JY to the crime. Now she is going after the witnesses. I can understand that it's a lot of people to discredit but most of them are dicey to start with. I wonder if she will attack the credibility of the kidnap victim.

Did anyone see that lady run from the court when JG's name was called out as the next witness? She was STILL scared of him. Incredible!

LOL Isn't all evidence each side brings forward self serving by nature?
