I hope this witness regrets what he neglected to do in the scope of HIS job and learns from it.

Didn't think viewing the sex tape was appropriate? I don't think a Puritan mind set works well with detective work. I think you have to be rather ruthless and thorough. JMO

Also, he didn't have to watch it at that time, just download a copy of it, in case it would possibly come up at a later time, for example this trial.

Prosecution has finished it's case. And jury is done for day. Judge said possible jury will get case on Friday.
