A woman's body found overnight in a wooded area is believed to be related to a skull found Tuesday morning. KSP said the original remains were found on Oak Grove Church Road. The skull and body were taken to the Kentucky Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

Kentucky State Police has identified the body as 33-year-old Christina Edmonson of Cadiz.

CADIZ, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) have received the results of the autopsy of Christina D. Edmonson. The cause of death has been listed as “undetermined”.

Time of death could not be determined by the Medical Examiner. Foul play has not been ruled out.
