This rings true but I believe that it was a different modular type home there when he took ownership.

He was in jail for 8 yrs because he left his rape victim alive to tell the story. She recognized his voice.

So after he was released, IF he decided to begin raping again, he was going to learn from past mistakes. Do not choose women who could recognize him, and most important, do not leave them alive to tell anyone.

And he made her spit out his semen into atowel which he forgot-DNA.

I really wish the LE and MSM didn't think we were so brain dead. We at WS woulda had this wrapped up if they released all the info . Yes I know the perp woulda seen too. But really! We are hundreds strong against one weasel.

You have to remember there is also a defense who will try to find flaws everywhere in the prosecution's evidence. The prosecutors want to hold onto their evidence as long as they can and not let any cats out of the bag that might help to get a "not guilty" verdict for BSL.

If you are LE and this is the only evidence you have and you don't know on May 25th who's driving that truck, would you release the details if they aren't obvious? I wouldn't. I personally as an investigator would blur out anything I did not want revealed for later discovery purposes. You know how they keep evidence close to the vest that only the perp would know. Color of shirt, how they disposed of the body etc. Except I think imaging editor forgot that light...or they actually didn't catch it and the video still is as distorted as we see it. You also sometimes want the perp, who you know is watching the news reports to "think" you don't have evidence, so you don't scare him into hiding or disposing of evidence. Problem is BSL knows the details of what went down in that photo. THAT is what I think sent him into ditch everything, burn everything and dispose of it far away mode the day that still at that exact moment showed up on the news. At the risk of getting caught too. But, to ID that truck..and it's driver, LE had to release the only good image they had with specific cosmetic markings to distinguish it from a million other white trucks on the road! It was the only way, I don't think they wanted to. But, they needed public help. If they hadn't, bike under it or not, do you think he BSL would have been arrested? That DWT has been the smoking gun from day one.

As far as charging him for murder instead of vehicular homicide. All that photo shows is he hit her. He removed her from that spot because she isn't there now. Her bike was in WB. So.. they don't have evidence of her dying there or from that hit. They don't know if he strangled her, stabbed her or drowned her. You have to go with kidnapping because she isn't there, and murder one automatically goes with aggravated kidnapping and not knowing how she died exactly. But, they are charging him with murder, so they have to believe that is exactly what he did and have evidence of that or they are not likely to convict him.

Sorry, I see in a post further up that you do believe the bike is under the truck.

It was stated video from the daily advertiser was given to LE on the day of the arrest our very near to. So this video may have evidence on it ?? Wish we knew!

Y'all the police had viewed this video long before the arrest. Now it did take them some time to take physical possession of it. This all is quoted in a link listed on that media page.

That is one of few possible reasons another being could of shown ms bike. I think it would be something small however because if they have been reviewing it for 4 weeks several times if it showed hard proof evidence such as MS or her bike I'm sure they would have retrieved the videos ASAP. I'm starting to think it links him alongside other videos "lurking" or driving around looking for a victim, which was believed he was doing as per the press conference.

It is my personal opinion that he was seen on Bertrand before he hit little Mickey. It is my belief that this is what lead them to believe he may have been driving around looking for a victim. It was stated somewhere by y'all that the video had coverage between the hours of around 12:30am to 4am.

I think he owns this property. My cousin lives in this area and he said that it was bought or given to him by family. Now this is not a certain fact.

I read an article that stated he had rented the house for 3 years, I will try and find it through the many articles that have been written about him

Haha totally agree with you jenn! But i don't understand why people think that there is a conspiracy within the LE department and they believe MS was run over/hit but never admitted it? I'm not omitting this scenario in fact I'm not omitting any scenario until it is ruled out but at the same time in my mind I cannot justify the conspiracy behind the LE department. Maybe someone can clear this up for me, explain?

With all due respect I do not think the word is conspiracy. This is an ongoing investigation. That isn't a cover up it is not releasing information that can be used at trial.

I think the cemetery angle could be very important (given what locals have said about BSL digging up old cemetery plots & for example, DTL's known fondness of watching women at cemeteries & even abducting one victim while she was visiting her mom's grave in Scott).

Maybe not THAT cemetery by the Saints Streets (I'm just assuming it was searched & I think it is frequented by a lot of people who would have noticed something), but maybe rural ones around Church Point....

I used megsy's original google map and looked for close cemeteries which looked secluded and found this one. It looks VERY secluded and not far from his home. What do you think? Yep well info is all over the place. One article I read said he had been renting for 3 years and then a neighbour said today in an article that the house was his fathers and burnt down a year ago. So I dunno, info is conflicting. Thanks for jogging my memory lol

Hun, I got some pictures to share with you. See, when I was a wee teen I was hit by a truck, rear ended, nonetheless by my very own brother that wasn't paying attention. Well my little pink bicycle went right under that truck and I ended up a** first into that windshield. I got the scars to prove it. And so does he Now there are some physics for y'all. My daddy has been in law enforcement since he left home as a boy. He is all but an expert and he says almost ALL rear end bicycle accidents end up with the rider on top of that vehicle. My daddy does not play around with the truth.

Now we know as it has been confirmed time and time again that little Mickey passed that station at 1:47 am and Brandon passed at 1:48 am. Let us not turn fact back into fiction. Now I want y'all to <modsnip>tell me how a little girl on a bike and a big ole truck passed within one minute, give or take a few seconds, of each other in that exact same spot and y'all say it is not possible they coincided there at the same time. There is a possibility that they ended up in that very same spot within the same couple of seconds that would have allowed for them to collide. At the very most, it was slightly over one minute.

Y'all have not dicounted this theory yet. And I am going to figure out how to post these pictures for y'all <modsnip>.

At this stage I think everything is worth checking out. However, are there legal rights to go onto private property? Dunno think of safety and the laws first and I know some of the posters are scared of snakes lol and this is stopping them good investigating tho

don't apologize. yes The Advertiser's printing building is on Bertrand and they gave the police new footage on the morning of the arrest. So we are speculating that the footage of Betrand shows BSL with Mickey's bike in the bed of his truck and or her in the passenger side maybe.

i think it was the morning of the arrest. someone correct me if i'm wrong

Why would they hold footage that long?

Thank you I am quiet aware that the truck didn't have his name on it. But why wouldn't LE say that she was hit/run over they have no need to hide this information. And y'all didn't answer my question if this is your inside information or your personal opinion?

I play a bit too much at times. Well, that little Sierra Lamar was abducted right there a half block from her home. Police knew this and did not share it with the public. Now we were all runnin around wondering why the dogs lost her scent at the end of the driveway. We wondered where she was taken and by who. Some even blamed her family. Police knew the entire time who took her and where. They even released the picture of a similar car when they already had this car in their possession. They did not need to share that information with us to get the answers they needed at that time.

It is my opinion that police already knew what happened to little Mickey so there was no need to go into that. They needed to find out who it was in that truck and where they took her. They knew from day one that this white truck was involved. Not a witness but involved. This is stated in one of those earlier links on this forum.

The guy she was dating was Brandon Lavergne. The family discovered his RSO status and criminal record and confronted the woman who was defensive of BL, claiming he was wrongly convicted. Then, Mickey is abducted, and the stills released a few days later, and the Tiger Droppings poster, now knowing BL's criminal history, realizes BL drives the same kind of truck of as the VOI. The poster reported it and also told the board and arrest was coming down before it happened.

When BSL went to buy a new vehicle, the salesperson had to have his driver's license to make a copy. She saw that he had whited out his sexual offender registration. He saw her notice, got his license and left in a hurry. She contacted LE because she thought it was weird behavior and because he was attempting to break the law.
IMO, both the TD poster and this woman really did their civic duty by speaking to LE and shaahring what they knew.
