Good question. The fact that he can't be found presents a few possibilities:

1. he's on a boat
2. something went bad, he killed her, scrambled to cover it up and hid.
3. he's another victim

I'm leaning towards #1 or #2

If he is on a boat (working, not on vacation) they would have him by now, since locals know who he is, it's not hard to find out who he works for/with. I doubt #3 because he would likely have been tossed to sea along with Jaren. Which leaves #2. He's scheming his defense and is going to want to call this an accident. A horrible stabbing "accident". I mean we've all had stabbing accidents, right? Happens all the time!:banghead:

So you think he brazenly, casually, and without any attempt to conceal his identity... walked into this club (with possibly another dancer), lured JL out (or she went willingly), all the while intending to stab her and cut her to pieces? Doesn't sound like a very good plan to me :|

They may just casually know him and not necessarily know specific details about his life (where he lives, works, full name, etc.).

4. he's a scary badass that no one will turn in

It's possible

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA & LOLOLOL x 100!!!!! HE sure doesn't look like much to me! If people are intimidated by this guy......it's just laughable! Did you see his hat for crying out loud? No.

One never knows.

If he's more than a POI, I'd call him a scary badass.

If he's a victim, I apologize.

I tend to agree with this. At this point we are ALL speculating, but from the couple's attitude, I cannot buy the 'intent to kill' scenario either. I am more inclined to believe that either these 2 are completely unaware of what befell Jaren after they parted (way improbable), are themselves hurt (likelier), or are scared sh1tless because something went wrong and they killed Jaren etc etc.

And I apologize for laughing my head off.

Not really.

If he thinks no one will mess with him, that's what I think he'd do.

I don't live in the neighborhood, don't know who's got the most swag on the block.

I think the audio from these videos is actually LE discussing the video/chatting. I haven't seen any that contain sound from the footage (you'd probably hear loud music)

I was married to a funeral director. They embalm, they don't dissect.

I've never heard of a funeral director cutting up a body, and I've known many of them.

If he worked in the funeral business, it's unrelated to the crime, IMO.

Are you sure he didn't say "this business" or "this kind of business"?
