Those birth and marriage records are from the state of north carolina and found using my genealogy research tools. They were found through a reputable source and Bessie ok'd them for posting because of that.

Oh, I know. Please know I didn't mean to point out those records specifically. Just that, unless records come from whereever official records come from, we can't put 100 percent faith in them.

That's why, for instance, you often have to provide a certified copy of your birth certificate when you need proof of who you are. You wouldn't believe what I went through when my d.l. lapsed after I moved to where I live now from a different state. They wouldn't take my ss statement, they needed to see the actual card, etc. I even had an up-to-date id card issued by the government with me. On top of that, my out of state d.l., although expired, had my ss number on it because, in VA's infinite wisdom, they used your ss number as your d.l. number.

For the life of me, I don't know how criminals manage to obtain false everythings and get by for years using them without detection. As a 'regular' person, I went through a review board just to get an updated d.l. in a new state - sort of like when Katie Couric gets frisked at the airport - like, are you kidding me?

That's weird, because on one of those sites where you can pay to obtain divorce records of another individual, NC is listed as a state that doesn't allow anybody to request those records. How would the newspaper obtain a copy that fast and was it even legal for them to do so?

If they were divorced (they probably were), it was way back in the 90's. :waitasec:

I'll look for it -- definitely was a dissolution notice along with dozens of others. Newspapers pick up these tidbits from court filings, birth records from hospitals, etc. it was in the 1990s.

Yikes, sorry. He'd a done it by now. Really though, do remember hearing about Laci Peterson's murder by the hand of her husband? She was pregnant with a son. That's one of the saddest most horrific unpredictable true nightmares I've ever heard, ever. Talk about twisted in sheep's clothing. I can almost make myself puke right now just thinking about it.

Anyway, that's not going to happen to you so think good thoughts and give your hubby some kisses and listen to some good music. Amen.

Now that part, I'm not so sure about! They may be con people and who knows what name they put one the thingy and for what reasons.

I bet the Feds are checking his whole background out now. They'll uncover everything now, even if he's not the guy who killed Jaren.

We have to keep in mind too, TCS hasn't been charged for Jaren's murder, nor has MAS. Regardless, TCS is no angel.

I hope and pray authorities can get to the truth of who murdered Jaren and, for the sake of the peeps working in New Orleans,
they need to find the actual person/people if it's not TCS or whatever his name is.

If it was at a time when he was married then probably his wife. Many of the intellus searches show that there were 3 females living with him in more than one city. Dates not given though

O/T but Laci Peterson's case is what got me started with needing to know all these horrible crimes. I remember the day his verdict came in. My mom was in the hospital after having a heart attack. She needed a stint put in. She joked saying you can not do this surgery until after I hear the verdict. As they were about to wheel her in the back they started reading the verdict. Doctors, nurses, patients and the families all stood still. Everything seemed to stop. The moment it was read even down the hall from where we were there were cheers.

i haven't been following this case closely, so forgive for being johnny come lately, but were there prints on the body parts? seems like if TS murdered her then there would be evidence on the body or clothes somewhere right? what about seminal residue? does all evidence wash away in water? i didn't think it did, but i'm new to sleuthing and don't watch crime shows other than Castle

I am about to go back to bed but I wanted to keep fresh in our minds as I have an odd feeling about this guy...from what we were told no matter if he was involved with Jaren or not what is claimed that he did to Hillary creeps me out just knowing that he is walking around having this morgue type place set up in BR! Something is just not setting well with him in my mind...I know we cant post links regarding this individual but can we just get a last name??

It would help a lot to have some of the facts confirmed. Until we do, we have to keep in mind that it's hearsay and should not be regarded as fact. That's not meant to be offensive or disrespectful of anyone. It's for the benefit of the victims that we set the bar high when seeking the truth. Having said that, I'd like to know if this J person was around the night Jaren left the club with TS and MAS. Has he been seen since?

There may be, but it sounds as though the article/writer is merely outlining various scenarios to me.
