@bessie. The info i provided bout jeff was def hearsay. I wasnt claiming any factual evidence i was passing on an email given to me from hillarys family member. I was hoping someone would maybe know something bout him or if anyone could confirm that he was in the club the night jaren went missing. I WASNT there i dont know and never met hillary. I was just blown away by the kraziest email ive ever gotten in my life. Thought it needed to be shared with yall. I know a couple sleuthers live and work in the area where this crime took place and was hoping to jog a few memories. Or open a new topic for intelegant discussion. Please anyone reading my pot understand im here for the same reason most of you are. To see jaren recieve justice. Id also like to find out what happened to jarens friend hillary. If these two cases arent connected (they may not be)then im not trying to force them together. Just want to follow all leads connecting the dots along the way.
Thank you

I understand and sympathize with you, JTFM. If there is truth to this I hope someone will alert LE to any information they might have about the person. But unless the information can be verified, we have to treat it as a rumor and be very careful not to project it as fact. That was the reason for my reminder.

I'm not sure this was posted previously, but I'm going to put it here now to document the connection between Jaren and Hillary.

Morvant recently lost her cousin, Hillary Moulder, who was a coworker and friend of Jaren Lockhart. Both of the girls danced in New Orleans.
"Regardless of whether you knew her or not, it's something that's devastating," said Morvant.
Feeling a connection to Jaren and her family, Hillary's family organized the memorial.

AMANDA McCOY/SUN HERALD Family and friends lay roses and other items on a cross erected on the beach in Bay St. Louis in remembrance of Jaren Lockhart on Thursday, June 14 2012. A vigil was held on the beach for Lockhart and Hillary Moulder, another dancer who was found dead in her apartment in March.

Oh i also heard that LE did go to question jeff and he was lawyered up. My mother told me that today. I think she got her info from my brother early on. For anyone who questions my brother involvment or his intent ill let you know in the first week he wore out a pair of shoes looking for her visiting 3 morgues in the first two days. He fully cooperated with LE. LE wasnt exactly polite in their quest to find the responsible parties either. This is to be expected ofcorse. When he made a trip to bay st louis to identify her clothing LE took the bag of bloody clothing and shoved it in his face accusing him of being responsible while he was trying to contain his emotions because he lost the love of his life and wanted to help them. They threw the bag of bloody clothing in the corner of a small room he was in and left him in the room with the bag half open exposing jarens torn bloody clothes hanging out. He sat in this brightly lit cold room like this for three hours before he finally broke down and begged them to either take the bag or let him out the room. LE is absolutly sure he had nothing to do with her murder. They ran him thru the ringer. He still cooperated with them andwering any questions they can dream up. But he doesnt trust them anymore. This is sad. After the first week he went to his friends house and turned his phone off. He needed to have time to greve. He didnt even speak to me at this time and we are very close. He spent the days fishging at a small pond in the woods thinking of the last 8yrs of his life with jaren and his daughter and trying to figure out how he was spose to go on. Move forward without jaren. He still is strugling with the fact that jarens never coming home and strugling with the fact when his baby calls for her momma he has to be the momma cause mamma isnt coming home ever.
The point im making is hes doing the best he can. He apreciates all everyone has done and are doing. He has just as many questions as you all do. He isnt optomistic that her will get any answers on what exactly happened to his daughters mother. With the hortific turn of events he has experinced in the last month of his life i can understand his not being chipper and ready to go on the local news cast and answer a buncha questions from people that pretend to understand what him and his daughter are goning thru. This is why he chooses to be alone.

OK forgive me if I just missed this earlier, but I don't remember ever learning that they had her clothes? Did they wash up on the beaches as well? Or does this mean they found the clothes elsewhere?

I pray for your brother and your entire family!

I feel terribly sorry for your brother. I think all of the members here do. He's in my prayers.

In the comment area of this article Im posting, is someone that knew TCS. Said TCS and his mother and grandmother were all born and raised in Surry County. This person said he knew him all of his life.

Can you imagine presenting the words of a guy who calls himself 'Joke' as evidence in a court of law?
His words are just words as there's no way to verify his claim - he doesn't back his words by using his real name.
Not to mention the mistakes contained within the article. For instance, they report that Speaks was in prison until 2005. That's untrue.
The comment was made by a detective from the Sheriff's department according to the author. Double trouble.
There once was a time when we could rely on the info given in the news.

My goal isn't to be argumentative or unfriendly. I'm trying hard to keep it real, uncover some facts and hopefully truths.
In order to do this, I have to push aside emotions and may sound cold hearted at times. Sorry.

New to this site, TS has many names and faces across the US. FBI crimes against children JWB looks exactly like TS and around the time federal marshals lost sight of him in PA this guy shows up in RI. Maybe a stretch but not a very far one, plus 4 women show up dead on a beach in that area. Am I grasping at straws???

I wonder if LE knows where this warehouse is that the "j" guy had the makeshift morgue, or if this place has been searched!!

:what: I'm just a nobody! But please tell your brother I am so sorry!!!! Good LORD! Bless him! Give him some peace and help him erase that horrid memory with LE and replace it with memories of Jaren and the new ones he will create with his little girl! I'm sure if she was old enough she'd say "daddy stay strong cause I NEED YOU MORE THAN EVER NOW"!

i asked this question last night, but don't think anyone answered.

i haven't been following this case closely, so forgive for being johnny come lately, but were there prints on the body parts? seems like if TS murdered her then there would be evidence on the body or clothes somewhere right? what about seminal residue? does fingerprint and or DNA evidence wash away in water? i didn't think it did, but i'm new to sleuthing and don't watch crime shows other than Castle

tears and prayers for your brother. may God wrap his arms around him and his little girl during this tragic time. this must be so unbelievably hard for him. i hope he finds strength to carry on for his and Jaren's daughter. so so so so sad.

Im sure jaren was examined for and details of any evidence

I followed the Derrick Todd Lee case several years ago and if Pam Kinamore's mother, Lynne Marino, had not gotten involved and relentlessly hounded LE and the local media in Baton Rouge, nothing would have been done.

I think if someone in your family is strong enough, they should call the local media here in New Orleans and in Mississippi. The Sea Coast Echo and the Sun Herald are local over there. This needs to stay in the news not only for justice for Jaren but to save the lives of those that may be next.

My prayers are with your family.

Hey, this is my very first post. I have been following it all since I first heard the horrible story of what happened to JL! I have only lived in the New Orleans area for about 11 months now, and one of the first things I learned fast is how corrupt LE is. To a point it scares me to death. I've never live anywhere to where you actually have to fear the LE instead of feel protected by them. Anyways, I have been waiting everyday hoping and praying that these monsters will get charged, along with any other parties who maybe responsible. My heart goes put to all of Jarens family and friends especially her little girl. I want to see J4J so bad. Benny, I can not imagine how your brother feels, I pray that he will have closure soon and at least know what happened to her. I can imagine not having any answers makes it so much worse.

right, but I'm just wondering how well fingerprints "stick" - like would the salt water have washed them away??
