MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Monroe Police have arrested 24-year-old Travis Payton in connection with a triple homicide.
MPD arrested Payton on three counts of first-degree murder, home invasion and criminal conspiracy.
The shooting happened in the 2000 block of Grammont Street just before 3 a.m. on Oct. 28.
Officers said they found the bodies of 27-year-old Jamal Bosley, 25-year-old Jaborris Simpson and a 2-year-old child at the scene.

The Monroe Police Department arrested Travis Payton, 24, who is accused of killing three people, including a toddler, on Oct. 28. The police department and City of Monroe said everyone involved will be brought to justice.
