Catching up on this case. I know they don't seem related as of now, but it's too eerie to me that the white truck in Lauren's disappearance was also a Z-71.

What he's saying is it's a GM product. i.e. Buick, Olds, Chevy, Cadillac.
How on earth can't they narrow it down better? It's an Olds, and I'm not the only one here saying that!

And it darn sure isn't the '90s, because Caddy was the only one making those land yachts then, and it ain't a Caddy....

Well, I spoke at length with a few folks today while handing out fliers. Got some posted at Walmart-Ambassador and the plaza in front of it, Rite Aid on Johnston (by GMC dealership), Piccadilly, and 107.9 FM. Ran out though. I'll get more out tomorrow.

And I'm hoping the word-of-mouth will kick in quick.

Click on this newspaper link and scroll down on the right side you'll see a mugshot of somebody they picked up today in St. Martin parish where the basin is that the bike was found in. Can't link the mugshot direct.

Locals please correct me if I'm wrong.

St. Martin parish is very large and has an average crime rate. True, this could have to do with MS but its not a smoking gun to me. Lots of arrests happen there daily.

It means once someone's posted it, others can click on it and hit 'share', which in turn links it to their page, and so on....

It means it was shared on the find Micky Facebook page and THEN people shared it from there with their friends... and their friends shared... and their friends shared etc..

Pretty sure. Some parts of the hospital are still in use. There were security guards at the parking tower not allowing individuals in to search.

You're probably right but I saw the mug immediately after the search had been cancelled. Then I saw 'charges, St. Martin parish'. wth?

All the other mugshots have - charges, bench warrant or schedule something, etc.
The mugshot peaked my curiousity.

It's not abandoned. Technically it's just empty and closed because they built a new one across town and relocated. There are still utilities turn on in the building. There are security guards at all times and there have held meetings in there. The attached parking garage is still used by St. Mary's Imaging and the attached office buildings. It's just not an active hospital which does mean less traffic and less outdoor lighting. It's not a place I would feel comfortable being around alone at night. Too many dark corners and about a 50/50 chance of someone hearing you scream due to proximity of the residences. I say this as someone who had lived in this area for 15 + years and moved recently.

I have three more videos I can upload, but I'll admit that the last one has a little bit of a freakout over a white truck, so I'm hesitant about posting that one. It does show the sheer amount of dead ends in the area past where MS was last spotted, though, so it might rule out someone making a quick turn around. Opinions? Want to see or skip it?

Speaking of white trucks, I heard something about a hit and run in Brookshire's (grocery store) parking lot in Shreveport this morning, involving a white 4 door possible Z71....haven't googled it yet.

I think they would've mentioned finding a body, though, even without determination on who is was.

But I do think they found other items. Maybe items of clothing, etc. Something leading them to believe she really is not alive anymore.

I just really think they would've mentioned if there was a body if there had been one.
