Are we seriously still on this track? C'mon guys...LE, Chicken Fried, and ACI have all given us sufficient evidence to dispel this batty notion. But, ok...I'll humor the suggestion, once more.
OK, focus on the light sources in the trees. Looks like stray light distortion from the fish-eye camera...much like, I suspect, the stray light beneath the truck happens to be. There's a static source of light distortion, one which sprinkles stray lightbursts throughout the frame. This animated sequence actually helps disprove the idea that there's someone/something under the truck.
Oh, and let's not forget naturally-occurring pixel distortion resultant of zooming of this small frame.

I think the spatter of light in the trees is the white car/truck at circle K, turning right onto University from St. Landry and a vehicle tail lights turning left or going straight onto St. John.
What other possible scenario is there, that fits for her to disappear right here? Explain how she got further than this spot without being seen on a camera just a half a block, or two blocks down the street? or any other camera, anywhere?
