It seems like Burns had a lot of animosity towards DM even before all of this mess.

Did we find out why during his TB trial testimony? Does anyone know?

I have a vague memory of something to do with DM and daughter of Burns. Along the lines of DM being a bad influence.

Boy oh boy, now we are seeing the hatred that was on display at the TB trial. Dr. Burns knows what his nephew is.

I wish he could take him on but he has to get a grip. Don't want a mistrial.

Millard adds: "It never came up as a subject."

Burns: "It most certainly didn't."

Millard: "Is it in the realm of possibility that I would learn of your clinic learning about disposing about animals through incineration through your staff?"

Justice Code says that's a difficult question to ask. Re-frame it.

Burns says he can't say what Millard and his staff may have spoken about, when he was not there.

DM was contacting her in jail, saying he owed her the trip he promised her, IIRC. He also mentioned his Uncle would not let her visit him.

Judge is telling jury that Burns learned about the pet cremation business through Charles Dubien, who was a business neighbour. What Dubien told Burns is hearsay if it's being used as truth, judge cautions jury. But the crown was using to prove what Burns learned & what he did.
