May 6 2012 from Adriana. "Hola, como estas?" she asks. Millard wonders if he should translate.

The judge says he doesn't know if the content of the Spanish isn't relevant. "This business about sleep that you appear to be getting at is in English," Justice Code says.

Now Millard pulls up text messages with someone named Rob Glianti, I can't make out the proper spelling of his last name, apologies.

Millard talks more about sleep.

Omg is he gonna say he accidentally killed her on Ambien or something like that?
Wouldn't he have to say that well before now? Maybe he'll spin it that MS was drugging him lol

Lack of sleep is common with drug users, because it effects your brain cycle, not to mention staying up all night doing illegal things and sleeping all day doesn't help.

This is lame.

Millard is now reading some text messages in Spanish, from May 9, 2012.

There is no translation, so he does it for the court.

He tells the jury generally the texts deal with his sleep troubles.

"But I don't have the energy," he translates, about one message.

Staying up all night playing video games and going on thieving missions will do that to you.

Next text messages to "contact named Rabbit" March 2011. "You're going to see there's a theme," #Millard tells jury.

#Millard is not up for lunch, he's busy and tired and will need a nap. Rabbit says aw come on please wake up. #Millard doesn't want to be a zombie at lunch. Rabbit really wants to see him. #LauraBabcock

Omg! His defence isn’t really gonna be that he was too tired to kill anyone??!! Come on DM, I’m sure you can do better lol

When you're:

  1. All over the map with stimulants,
  2. Not eating properly,
  3. Keeping inconsistent sleep hours with the late nights partying and/or playing vids and/or thieving, and
  4. Smoking weed on the regular,

Yes, you will tend to feel perpetually run down and exhausted.

Where is he going with this??

May 8, 2012 Millard is still talking about being tired in text messages. Crown Jill Cameron says she doesn't have an issue with #Millard translating his own text messages.

Millard says in Spanish in the text message that he has time but not energy to pay attention. Judge tells him not to bother translating the parts that aren't relevant. Millard is still tired in his texts

May 17, 2012; convo about going to bars. Then about cars, and then about starting up hangar business. Millard thinks he's going to burn out but life is great. He's not even interested in the girls who have been wanting to sleep over, he says. He's just thinking Jenn & Christina.

He must have been taking a nap when LB was being removed from their lives.

Funny, he’s was never too tired for all that sexy with all those different girls lol

Wasn't it mentioned at the TB trial that DM generally arrived at the Hangar after noon? Up late, and slept in late.

And more texts between Millard and Smich, May 2012.

Millard, "I've been up every night, I really need some sleep."

Later the same month, May 31, 2012.

Millard, "I could use a sleep in."

And later, on June 11, 2012 to Rabbit.

"I was up late," he writes.

"If I don't have to wake up for lunch, I won't."

Rabbit writes, "Stay sleeping."

May 31 2012, #Millard is happy that a teacher cancelled and wants to sleep in until noon. He'll play video games if he's awake later. #LauraBabcock

Millard says he's having lunch with his mom, confirming that she is the "Rabbit" in his contact list. #LauraBabcock

Millard and his mother meet at restaurants at malls. He has a concurrent conversation with #Smich about hot sauce.

June 2012, "Happy Father's Day, I love you dad." #Millard text.

  • #77
Among other things, this could be a defence of why he “hadn’t slept in two days” beginning the night of July 3.

  • #78
But really, when you stay up all night of course you don't want to get up early. What is the point DM!!

June 2012, "Happy Father's Day, I love you dad." #Millard text.

He also texted MS that he loved him. That didn't stop him from throwing MS under the bus in his letters to CN. MOO
