Interesting, how so?I suspect her refusal to answer is related to the civil suit.

Is she named too?
I agree. I believe it was in the forest as well. Possibly by Bronte Creek or the numerous trails around the Glen Abbey area that he could get to on his bike. I also think he told someone where it was after he hid it and now it is long gone. MOOI think he actually did bury the gun somewhere in a forest. There are lots of wooded areas around his mom's house and he didn't really have any transportation besides his bike...and Millard who was not available for obvious reasons. I don't believe that he has forgotten where he buried it though, and I don't think the gun stayed there long. Too valuable too dump in a lake. I bet it was returned to Ish as DM had promised. MOO
My guess is it was a lame attempt at showing that WM was well aware of the eliminator purchase... and so maybe that possibly indicates it was not purchased for nefarious purposes???
DM is grasping at any straws he can scrape up... lol

Not sure propane powered and mobile was required in that case.
Why we are still entertaining anything but a cremation device for murder? MS was involved in the search for the commercial incinerator immediately after a homemade (garbage) incinerator failed to burn the wet meat and bones. What did MS know about animal sanctuary needs other than suggesting using a neighbors dog for testing. MOO

What does it prove that it was on the books? He wanted to claim it as a company expense? And?Lisa Hepfner‏

Do you know of the Charley 5-4 books? Yes, Williams says it was a second set of books that Wayne Millard would use to copy accounting information. "He liked paper," she says. #LauraBabcock

"Were there ever times my father would catch an error in Quickbooks?" Your dad didn't have Quickbooks. But Wayne Millard "was very precise" and would catch things she missed. #LauraBabcock
Millard, "Was there ever a time when my father would catch an error in the books?"
Williams said he'd never check the "quick book" because he didn't check the computer. Though, she says, he was very precise.
Millard, "We've heard a lot about the incinerator in this trial. Was it on the company books?"
Williams answers, "Yes it was."

She slept with the guy and was a hostile witness if I'm thinking of the same "poor woman" mooPoor lady, she's probably so uncomfortable. She's being questioned by a murderer.
I love it when they go on break and I sit back and look at all of the bizarre, random stuff that I've googled... like "deer late cretaceous" :rolling:
If anyone from my office is secretly monitoring my internet traffic I would love to see their face.

Oh yes we discussed who Elizabeth Glass was etcI think it has been years, but IIRC we did a lot of speculating about the Elizabeth Glass Foundation here on WS when it was found listed in WM's obituary.
