Is DM going to say LB died due to an accidental shooting on 3 Jul 2012? Is that the reason for introducing the gun?

That would let MS off the hook for prior knowledge. Will he say timing of the incinerator purchase was a coincidence and he had MS help him dispose of LB's body when it was up and running?

That would be bring things to a screeching halt - unlikely to be true, but will work anyway?

"WM, my dearest dad, being the deviant that he was, appears to have purchased numerous handguns illegally. While myself and my friends were busy keeping the house intact, painting, vacuuming, paying bills etc, WM would spend hours alone in his room playing with his illegal handguns. You left out the part about him hating his dad for letting him get fat by always letting him eat pasta. With WM out of the way he was able have a more nutritious diet of canned soup and goldfish, followed by meals with Rabbit at the Mall.

And that would just be a repeat of the MWJ/Isho cross. These guys are seasoned criminals who know the code. They won’t say anything. DM had better hope that when all of his trials are over that he is not in general population because no amount of money will be able to help him after pulling these stunts. MOO

Pretty sure DM is already in Gen Pop.
And MS is in PC (probably due to testifying against DM last trial - Smich the Snitch...or Snitchy Itchy lol).

I don't have a link, but someone with inside knowledge mentioned this closer to the beginning of the LB trial. And it completely makes sense imo.

DM would have more wiggle room in his father's trial - with a lawyer of course. If it flies, he gets to keep the inheritance and be able to hand it/most of it over to the Bosma family.

I think she is still on the payroll , they said one employee and I am sure it is her. She was on the payroll before getting $5000 per month , for what? She probably is sending DM money so he can pay for so call ed experts at this defense.

As far as I'm aware, Barton still has GenPop/PC/Solitary. So I believe he's Gen Pop. Not that it matters really. *shrug*

Yes and the letters were written from solitary, but I don't think he's there anymore.

She's mentioned in DM's letters to CN as well. He thought she may have been a UC (or so he said to CN).

He is probably in Toronto East. That is my guess. It is closer to the trial in Toronto and if he was currently in Barton AND in the general population he would be in a LOT of trouble. What happened to Tim Bosma is still very fresh here in Hamilton.
