Everyone is jumping on that "slip up" when Dell said after she died but we all know Dell meant "supposedly" died. Hell maybe he even said it exactly like that but the tweets didn't include it.

I don’t know that and I sure wouldn’t think that if I was on the jury panel! Just as the iPad it’s self. We know what came up at TB trial, we know he’s that stupid and would keep the iPad and the tote bags cuz he thought he could get away with things, cuz he’s the great DM. He kept the keys to TBs truck on his key ring, he had DNA gloves in his Yukon etc

I honestly think these are all slip up of truth! He’s told so many lies that he can’t keep them all straight.

Also, if it’s only one reporter that had of said it the way you Say, then I’d agree it was a reoporter error. But looks like it was tweeted all the same way.

Dellen #Millard has text messages between he and #LauraBabcock on the screen. "I want to draw attention to this notion of assumptions," he told jury. Like when his best friend Michalski thought he was sleeping with Laura. "Lots of people were under the same assumption."

Dell is probably hoping a fly will find its way to the courtroom and land on him. And he won't even swat it. Then the jury will see..

He says he wants to talk more about his relationship with Babcock. He says it's up to the jury to decide if he was sleeping with her around this time -- court has heard they slept together years before.

Millard says, "You'll have to decide if I was."

Millard shows texts from Dec. 2011 between him and Babcock. Some of them are sexually explicit.

In one Millard says, "Next guy you sleep with, pretend it's me."
Babcock writes back, "U wish."

The jury will have to decide "whether I was having a sexual relationship with Laura." He certainly did at one point, but "when something happens is important," he says. Reading the messages where he's saying no to sex w Laura bc of "several f'ing tons of drama" that would come

I’m sure a movie is in the makings for these idiots! Maybe they’ll make it on “worlds dumbest criminals” but all jokes aside, I agree with Night, it will be made into a movie eventually. Most of these murder cases do.

Who cares?

I would be careful with evidence about any unknown ladies he points out. It could be him gloating over another victim who has never been identified. At this point he likely knows it will be M1 for him again, so maybe he wants to play the way a homicidal psychopath will. IMO

Now Millard brings up texts from Feb. 13, 2012 - the day after Babcock's birthday.

Court has previously heard about text messages sent between Noudga and Babcock, on Babcock's birthday. Noudga had written it was a year ago that she first slept with Millard. Babcock responded saying she'd slept with Millard a couple of weeks ago.

Millard now shows the jury a message from Babcock, from the day after, where she apologize for sending his "gf a rude msg"

He is focusing a lot on motive, which is irrelevant to the jurors
