hmmm..........BD must have web access "now".

And she has a new FB that is in support of the family, and NO bashing of any family members will be allowed at all.
So there is going to have to be a lot of administrators keeping an eye on that.

Teh....something i was thinking the other day was it a mp3 player or itouch that Hailey had? Because the itouch my husband got me for Christmas requires a pc to even charge it and to put music onto it even. Without a pc im not sure why anyone would have a ipod to be honest.

"They showed me, Clint, our family, little kids who were there, video of where they go to search in these ugly fields and these ugly creeks for our baby," said Billie Dunn, Hailey's mother.

"We're hoping to find Hailey alive," Dunn said, "that's what we want, we don't want to be associated with that."
==============================================

There she goes with those 'ugly dirt fields' again. Is there a reason she always goes to that image?

And excuse me for asking, but isn't MK looking for remains too? Is Billie under the assumption that his searchers are looking for her on a bus bench somewhere sipping a soda?

The thing is these people were out searching for her daughter every day..whilst she was watching tv on her sofa. Now she has alienated the people who WERE trying to find her. Sure it may not nice to watch the video but...it isnt nice for those people trudging through fields day after day not knowing what they will find...and im sure for Billie it was no worse than those horror films she so loves to watch with the suspect in her daughters disappearance.

Exactly. And who is she kidding? Is she pretending that MK and his group is only looking for a living Hailey?

She is just mad that Hailey's angels think Shawn is the killer. She wants us all to believe someone from MB's house nabbed her and her soulmate is innocent.

BD's modus operandi, alienating those who want to find Hailey. I am so disgusted. jmo

I cant help thinking that Billie would be better off sitting in her house watching tv...and not having anything to do with whats going on....she just seems to be making everything worse really :(

In Billies words, here is why she is angry with the VOLUNTEERS, who searched EVERYDAY FOR EIGHT WEEKS for her missing child;

"They are hoping that Shawn [Adkins] did something horrible to Hailey," said Dunn, "and that they're going to prove it, and prove it to me."

She is getting nervous and afraid.

:eek: :lipssealed: :no: :help:

I haven't seen too many articles like that before.

While I can imagine that the searchers have mixed feelings about BD and especially SA so that Billie is getting bad vibrations from them, I don't know why she would get offended by a video of an actual search that might be helpful to show where they had searched.

At least it's just that one group pulling out and not all of them.

I know that often parents (and even posters on forums) don't like to think about Hailey being dead, and we've seen the same sort of magical denial in the Kyron case and others, that doesn't mean that only certain "clean" places should be searched (and not old dirty creeks and fields). Searchers are ruling out Hailey being there as much as trying to find her there.

I'm baffled. :eek:

Exactly. They were probably getting too close for comfort. I hope they leave their updated search records with LE.

I can't help but wonder what MK thinks of this, if he knows. It is not exactly the kind of media he encourages parents of missing children to go after.
I feel ashamed of Billie and I don't even know her.

Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder what the "dirty fields" signify to her!

I would hate to live in a town surrounded by fields and creeks and see them as something ugly. My mother grew up in Kansas in terrain similar to that Texas and she and her family always said it was so beautiful!

I would love, love, love if they found Hailey alive. We all would. But at some point people have to get a reality check - I know that might not be a popular view, though.

I do not blame anyone who hopes to find their missing child alive and well. I would feel the same way.

But I would not be 'bitter' towards any volunteers who would spend every single day for months searching fields and creeks for my child. IF my child was in a pond, I would want to know that, no matter how painful it would be.

And if these volunteers thought my boyfriend was a potential suspect, so be it. Let's find the child and figure out the truth. Is that what Billie is really afraid of--the truth?

Has Billie been so disassociated til now that she had no idea that all of the searches to date, after the first few days, were looking for Hailey's remains? What did she think so many people were out there, donating their time and running up their own expenses, were doing? I am just so baffled, I have never heard of a parent of a missing child react in this way. Of course no one wants to believe Hailey is dead, but would she really rather have Hailey left out in a field or stream somewhere, than have her found? I don't really want to know the answer to that question...
