The ME made it clear that the toxicology reports would not shed any light on how Caylee died. She was specifically questioned on this issue during the Q&A part of the remains ID press conference. She stated that she would be issuing a death certificate in respect of Caylee that same day, and would not have been doing so if she had any expectation that the toxicology reports could provide any assistance in determining the cause of death.

Oh, okay, I misunderstood her big time.

On another thread here is a scam on another site. Could they of been informed about the scam? Or was it a complaint for selling the shirts? Someone saying it was to be shut down? A formal paper delivered or warning for not paying a bill or house payments?? or being sued by someone?

Maybe they were served a "foreclosure" notice...it has been quite awhile that CA has worked.

I wonder if that's why LA moved home...maybe to help pay the bills so, his parents could stay in their home.

After watching the video of LE going back to the A's in the evenning for another look in the home GA was standing in the doorway flailing his arms in anger. May GA has been thinking the same thoughts he had 3 1/2 wks after Caylee was missing. If he felt as if he would hurt himself again with more disturbing info than he had early in the case LE may have been called to the house. Just a theory.

Wouldn't they send an ambulance and why would BC go ahead with the interview in front of the A's house if something like that was happening?

I'm in Broward county and the Sheriff's office serve all foreclosures here. I think that is statewide. So, it could have been - but I would think it would have been a marked patrol unit to do it - do we know if it was marked patrol cars or unmarked cars with detectives in civilian clothes?

This is what I am thinking about what was said and considering Lee's recent move back home. I think that Lee has asked for immunity because he helped cover up what happen to Caylee after the fact. I think that he is going to turn him self in after Caylee's Memorial. Now, the immunity that he is asking for is a limited immunity from what I have been understanding the lawyers discuss on JVM and NG. In other words, they will not charge him on what he says, but if they can prover other he may face charges for other. I will bet anything that is why Cindy is upset. I know she is upset about Caylee, but when Greta asked BC how Cindy was holding up, he said not good...he didn't say that she is mourning the loss of Caylee. It's crazy how these attorneys will word things. But if you listen closely and follow what the families pattern is you can usually tell what there next move is going to be. Just like all the Caylee sightings, they always happen right before a doc dump or new information that was released. Lee will be joining Casey soon...JMO...I also recall that BC wanted to have Lee subpoenaed as part of this immunity. I am kind of confused about that part, that could be the reason LE was at the house yesterday.

ITA...what a let down that a news crew was there and it appears they have agreed to keep the details secret. What an odd way for media to behave. It's like these journos are nothing but pr people for the As.

This makes me believe all the more that it was a threat. The media is agreeing to keep quiet and not give these people newstime they may be seeking.

My opinion of this family and those they associate with has sunk so low, that I wouldn't be surprised if they were fabricating threats to try to divert our attention from the PI & tshirt dramas going on, and in the hope that we will start feeling sorry for them. I think KC learnt her behaviour from them.

Hmmm...I may have jumped the gun! In CA, I believe LE/Sheriff's come out to serve the "eviction" notice once the home has been foreclosed.

Still...it's certainly been long enough for that to have occurred since this has all been going on and the A's have been off work...or whatever it is that GA does...I doubt it's bringin' home the bacon...kwim?

I missed the show but I wonder if LE went to inform them that JB had finally "released" Caylee's remains & they could proceed with burial plans. Maybe she was on her way to the funeral home with the bear.

I'm not thinking he actually tried to harm himself but may have had an out burst angry or sad stating in a moment he was feeling suicidal again and CA didn't feel she could handle this. No ambulance just a sit down like lE did when they removed GA's newly bought gun while KC is out on bail. lE didn't arrest him then. While typing this I realized this might have to do with lA. I forgot for a moment he moved back in with parents. You would think that with KC in Jail LA living outside the home Ga &CA might have sometime to reconnect without everyone around. Now we have, "Threes A Crowd". I bet their feeling it's 3 against the world of public opinion only!

I am kinda agreeing with this theory. I noticed that Greta said she saw Cindy and BC talked about Cindy, but I didn't hear mention of George. Could Cindy and George have gotten into an arguement and one wanted the other to leave - the house is in Cindy's name right? Patrol Cars came (more than one just because of where they were called to) and managed to resolve whatever the issue was by Cindy leaving for awhile? If it had been any detective associated with the case, I think that would have been leaked - I think it was a G&A problem.

LE probably wouldn't even be privy to that information.

I feel something came back in the toxicology report and that is why Baez hired the new expert to fight the results. I think Lee was the one who helped Casey cover up her mess. JMO

Just curious...when/where was it established that it was a newly purchased gun? Link?

I don't think that's it. A friend looked online for me to see if their house is in foreclosure and could not find any evidence of that fact.

Dr. Lee doesn't perform autopsies...he's not that kind of doctor.
