Does anyone know if the Anthony's will be told if Casey's fingerprints were on the duct tape before this goes to court?

Only through courtesy would I think that would happen. With the state being ordered to turn over much of the evidence, and with the sunshine laws the public will get it too, if there is anything in that regard in the reports that will be given to Baez, I think its possible that they may warn the Anthony's out of courtesy what is about to hit the public. They did warn them before the 911 calls were released, they also did tell them about the remains being identified before it hit the media, which is something they did not have to do because by law Casey was the only one that the ME had to notify.

On another thread here is a scam on another site. Could they of been informed about the scam? Or was it a complaint for selling the shirts? Someone saying it was to be shut down? A formal paper delivered or warning for not paying a bill or house payments?? or being sued by someone?

Would it have anything to do with the deposition the A's are suppose to give, once Caylee's funeral is over? Could they have gotten fed up with the A's putting the depo off and now are going to go forward with it?

Hmmm...I may have jumped the gun! In CA, I believe LE/Sheriff's come out to serve the "eviction" notice once the home has been foreclosed.

Still...it's certainly been long enough for that to have occurred since this has all been going on and the A's have been off work...or whatever it is that GA does...I doubt it's bringin' home the bacon...kwim?

I thought the A's made money off of different interviews they gave, like LKL? Weren't they being paid for pictures, videos they released, etc?

I have seen LE say this right up to the moment the cuffs were slapped on. LE is not going to advertise it to the A fam or their attorneys if and when there is to be an arrest. I also think this may go to the GJ.

Didn't this happen to Casey where they said they were not going to arrest her then they did it out of the blue, IIRC? (JB was furious they arrested her instead of allowing her to turn herself in. They did not tell him an arrest was coming when it did on the check charges.)

There has to be a good reason the A's and LA all hired attornies.

I saw a clip on GVS of CA but IIRC it was an old file clip from before Caylee was actually confirmed as deceased. I didn't think it showed the question being asked, it was not on video -- right? Just a clip of CA.

I saw that clip on GVS, too, with CA holding the teddy bear. It was a clip that aired the day that GA and CA came back to the house with body guards to get suitcases of clothes to go to the hotel after LE had been inside the house after body was discovered. CA was clutching the bear as she walked out of the house to the car. (She was wearing a brown sweater set, I believe.) I tried looking on a couple of the TV websites, but could not find the clip, but I am pretty sure that is what you are seeking. I don't think there was a new clip of GVS asking how she was doing.

I have a feeling MB is behind quite a bit coming to light as of late. I don't think she liked being outed when Conway came into the case.

I just read this evening on another site, possibly Topix, that MB had surgery and wouldn't be back on things until Jan. 18. Had anyone else heard anything about this?

It is funny, but then again when you think this is a 22 year old, she looks like a two year old, throwing a hissy fit. She looks like all she needs to do is stand up and stamp her feet.

She really does look like that in the video. I am quite sure this is a behavior the A's have seen many times before. Though I bet before she had even more "colorful" things to say. You could see she was struggling to stay in as much control as possible since it was being recorded. Imagine Cassey fully unloaded! Wow.

In fact I believe that was the purpose of the interview - to announce she was not going to be working for the A's for some period of time. i don't know what normal procedure for this kind of thing is in the US, but over here if the cops are gonna charge you they just do it. i've never heard of them paying someone a visit to tell them they'll be charged and leaving without them...

LOL so true, it reminds me of a movie I saw last month with George Clooney in it. The woman who played in it was panicking when the phone rang and said it's the cops. George C said, " Uh no, they don't call ahead. "

I doubt the police will be offering them private security for the funeral. Her mood could also be explained by being busted on the "we consulted a psychic" lies.

And LE could have made a final effort to explain the difference between the Go to Jail and Stay out of Jail cards.

It sounds to me suspiciously like either someone was threatening suicide or attempted suicide. If so then that would be why no one wants to talk about it.

"Mean people" if it was others, then Conway would have been talking about it so that he wouldn't have to talk as much about the rest of it.

I believe LE was there to tell them Caylee's remains were released for burial..or to tell them that Caylee was NO LONGER missing and the sale of T-shirts was misrepresentation and they could be looking into an audit if they continue.

I Know, I read somewhere the the A's house was paid off after the LK trip.
