The house right next to the drive way, the neighbor's. I keep thinking what if they buried the phones up against their house somewhere? It is so close that wouldn't a ping make this house suspect?

Not what I meant, Middle. I was just pondering what they might be doing in there all this time. Apart from "being thorough".
I know what you meant, sorry, I just couldn't resist that one.

Love picture 62, his face says "You've got to be kidding me" about dealing with Cindy

Wonder if they got the box of wine empty or with some in it?

They have been digging up the yard and at the house all day... burn units all over - xrays - bricks being removed (blood splater?) CSI - you don't stay at a scene you're not finding evidence at for 24 hrs IMO :)

I'll keep quiet on this one and I have yelled and been yelled back at..still without a link. I tried to search the timeline and didn't find it, still haven't. Have given up.

Okay I found something...Post #162 on the first thread posted by Nursebeem has a link and the first mention of the garage sale. I would bring the post over here but I don't know how...

I agree with you, MyBelle. I don't see a constitutional challenge either.

IF LE were to put in the warrant they wanted access to every square inch of the home, property, and outbuildings where a small item might be concealed, I think the judge would grant that access. IMO, that would include all areas up to and including grass, ground, any dirt, etc. That would include every square inch, IMO. IF LE were trying to locate cell phones, and possibly tiny sim cards, those are small enough to have possibly been concealed anywhere on the property or anywhere inside the home. We will possibly get to see these search warrants if there is ever a trial in this case. The warrants will be detailed to the nth degree, IMO, along with an extremely detailed description of the entire property and home.

There is an area teen who murdered his parents and LE was looking for ammo, weapon, and anything connected as to where it could be concealed. They had unfettered (lol, a JT word) access to every inch of that home and property. LE found everything they were looking for. That trial is about to start. He is being tried as an adult.

Sorry to interrupt the flow of the posts because I have not as yet caught up. I guess I just don't understand the debate about the warrant. LE and the FBI are gonna be sure to cover their respective azzes.

Nobody else does either. ;)

That is the one posted earlier. None of the links or articles mention a garage sale. I listened to each audio report. Thanks for trying. :rocker:

I remember it was in the discussion thread the first day this case broke. I think it came from a poster not a link.

Ah, thanks. Didn't follow that case.

Be thankful. Be very very thankful.

I am feeling that this is getting dreadfully close to a conclusion. Not the conclusion I hope for, but a conclusion nonetheless.

No worries, I failed too. :truce: It was mentioned as "fact" in this thread tonight and I had never heard it before. I've been following this since the beginning, praying for baby Lisa to be found safe and sound. So many rumors, so little time. :floorlaugh:

Nighty night! Off to bed myself. So disappointed today didn't bring any answers and closure.

I have a question for all you veteran sleuthers. This is only the third or forth case I've followed here. If they find a deceased baby Lisa, how long do you predict it will be before they inform the public?
