LE serves search warrant on family's home

Question: Does this house have a basement? I was thinking a sump pump (is that the correct spelling). They can be pretty deep and the hole I've seen some to be like 2 ft in diameter or more.

Well, I sure hope none of your children go missing because your activities will cast suspicion on you if your premise is valid. MOO.

Well I certainly hope they don't go missing.
:floorlaugh:

I am trying to keep up but you all are way to fast for me...

Sorry if this has been covered (i'm a few pages behind) but I thought police had access to the house already but wondered if since they got Tacopina last night if he advised JI and DB to no longer allow the police in the house. Then they would have needed to go and get a warrant. MOO

Just wondering or it could be that they needed to do things that the family did not previously allow like tearing down walls or digging. MOO

That's not all of the coincidences. Her husband was the one who had to call 911 because he had just returned home from "his job". The window was open when the husband arrived home and the screen was removed.

That is a really sick and scary situation. Getting an idea from another child murder like that. Wow, I wonder if that is the case. What would be a find on that warrant is if they pulled her comp and found she did searches on these things.. (Oh God, I dont even want to think of comp searches on how to kill your baby).. Ugh..

Pensfan: You have got to read about this. There are many coincidences.

IMO, the coincidences are odd, but.... still just coincidences.

Both mothers lived in Fort Bragg.
Both mothers were 25.
Both of the babies were 11 months old.
Both babies were reported as kidnapped from their cribs.
In both cases, a window was reportedly left open and a screen tampered with.

That's a whole lotta coincidence, imo.

Since LE is doing a search on the home.....

" Sorry... Graphic"

Hopefully they will look into the septic tank. I was reminded of a case a while back; and I can try to find the link if possible; of a case where a young mom going through a divorce was killed and placed in a septic tank. The last pic's of her were taken on a bank (?) security camera as she was finishing up her cleaning job at night. Another young man in the area was a witness to the mom screaming when the father-in-law, husband, and mother-in-law forced her into a car after she was done working.
The witness tried to confront the perps but without a weapon was scared off by the young womans' relatives.
The mother-in-law confessed that they'd killed her b/c the mom was leaving the young husband and taking the kids---or maybe she'd already left , and this was payback.
Anyway, on the newsclip, an LE person (sheriff ?) said that if the MIL hadn't said where they had put the body---it probably never would've been found.
Not sure that was wise for him to say, as it could've given some low-lifes' an idea.
I will try to find an article on that lady and post a link.

The houses in that area do not have septic systems. They are on city sewers. No tanks in the yard.

This is a great find, Pensfan! I read the whole thing and it's like a blueprint for what has happened here.

I hope LE knows about this. Have you thought about calling the tip line with this? If she was at Ft. Bragg at this time, this might be where she got the idea.

The baby was the same age as Lisa, a baby girl 11 months.

I think this is too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence! If that makes any sense.

Either way, GREAT SLEUTHING!!!!
I didn’t find this. Luckyme remembered this case.

That's not all of the coincidences. She waited for her husband to return before calling 911 and he had just returned home from "his job". The window was open when the husband arrived home and the screen was removed. Articles describe Johni Heuser as having the same forms of grief expression too.

One of my books on profiling by Robert Ressler goes over how an organized offender he profiled to police he included that they will likely find the murderer keeps a lot of detective magazines in his house. Sure enough, that's exactly what they found. Ressler concluded that due to how the crime scene was left I believe. There was little to trace the murderer with.

Re-Run of the Dr. Drew Show on now for those who missed it. Ryan Smith filling in for the Doctor ...

Reminds me of Casey Anthony hijacking the drowning story from a cellmate who's child had drowned..

wth?!

Respectfully...that is just not the way it works. If the body was found today, LE would most likely still be there processing the scene, taking photos, examining the area, etc. <modsnip>.

If remains were to be found today then we would have seen a Medical Examiner's vehicle, or coroner. I remember after they found Caylee -- it was a scene seen around the world :( They certainly wouldn't sneak her remains out in a regular car.

MOO

Here's the original post... I got all wrapped up in it and read several articles to find out what happened. Very awful... :(

O/T but I believe profiling is amazing. The things they come up with and are right about is fascinating.

Was someone going to send that info to LE? About the case at Fort Bragg? You never know what LE knows, sometimes we may assume too much. JMO

Does this sound familiar?

When Robert Earl Creech II walked into his daughter's bedroom Friday, she was gone.

Harmony (the 11 month old baby) had vanished during the night, sometime after her mother put her down to sleep and before late Friday morning, Harnett County Sheriff Larry Rollins said.

Someone should send it...at the very least there are insights to be gleaned from that case. If I was LE, and wasn't aware of it, I'd sure want to take a look at it.
