Clap on, clap off. Opening and closing the nozzle on a box of wine?

I was so hopeful this morning, that there would be news on Baby Lisa and her whereabouts today. Hopefully, tomorrow will bring some closure for this precious baby.

No you didn't. OK officially I am sleep giddy. :great:
The clicking of the clapper!

My ceiling fan makes a clicking sound...fwiw.

And yes we saw the swing in the baby's room.... that does make a loud clicking noise and would be magnified a little by the monitor.

Voila! That is probably what they heard.

Here is another theory: The Stranger enters the home via the window, he hops in, plugs in the pumpkin lamp, puts on these, Dances his way to the kitchen, places cells in his pocket, then dances his way to take Lisa.

Whilst testing his new tap shoes across the kitchen linoleum in his quest to snag the cell phones.

Ta da!

That's my cue. I'm losing it.

Can't be anything involved with the computer though...LE would easily be able to tell if she'd been on after her 10:30 bedtime story.

My gut says lighter. And if thats the case...no way LE is looking for a lighter.

I'm certain the computer will go through complete forensics.
Watched a show not too long ago also where they tracked a guys search engine searches and while not having anything to go on with physical evidence, they found he had searched terms like:

"How to kill someone" "the perfect murder" etc. He even planned out his driving path to avoid a toll booth. This was a gentleman who murdered his wife who seperated from him.

They can find all kinds of things on there. They will know what kind of music they probably like, if they ordered pizza online, what time traffic was last detected in and out etc.

Made me think though... If detectives ever got ahold of some of us Web Sleuthers computers, they would really be amazed by some of our search terms when sleuthing.

I guess the important thing is if this clicking is real, did it last a minute, ten minutes, an hour.......ya know? I'm thinking they are there to really do a good job throughout the house. Probably process the whole house and check to see if anything had changed like scrubbing and bleaching. In the Zahra case they pulled drains in the tub and got really extensive.

But the metal detector is what is getting me to believe they know something they are looking for is out there, they just haven't found it. They were on the roof with metal detectors and in the back yard.......

What if Lisa wouldn't stay asleep, so she was put into the swing... only to try to get out and then get hurt... badly?

Oh, and lot's of clicking discussions going on here. I'm sure they were nothing more than the sound of a wine glass hitting the coffee table or end table all night every time DB set her wine glass down.

I'm going to make a totally wild speculative guess here but I think that the laundry room might be located in the basement. We saw most of the upstairs. I didn't see laundry room. Just LV, kitchen, computer room in front of house, bedrooms and probably bath in back of house. Basement would be garage, laundry room and storage? Unless there's a finished room down there?

Just a wild guess.

To tell you the truth I think the computer will be nothing on it. We all believe that DB followed some cases due to her response during interviews. There is a high probability she followed the Casey Anthony case. She was a stay at home mom, and this case was aired on TV. I can see her watching it closely and probably was her push off point to think about doing something herself. MOO

we had a local posting way back that told how you can hear noises quite well house to house. so I am sure the sound would carry quite well within the house too.

  • #453
We are way off topic. :floorlaugh:

(Putting the clicking aside for the night.)

  • #454
Could the clicking be DB typing on the computer?

I thought of another one--

High heels click...but I don't think D was wearing high heels whilst she chugged wine.

imo

I think I would want to know if it was a steady clicking or a random click every so often. That makes a difference.

Your cleaning sentence reminded me of my mop. It is a cheap one, and when I mop, the clasp hits the handle when I go back and forth because it is too cheap to stay attached to the handle.

I think we've taken up pages and pages with posts about a clicking sound that a child *may* have heard... and that may or may not be relevant...

A dancing baby snatcher. That'll be a first!

You know we're getting slap happy when we start talking about dancing baby snatchers.

Wish a local would drive by the house to see if any activity is in the house right now.

DB stated in one of her interviews she would drink when family was over playing pool so I assume pool table is in basement.

My home is 1600 sq. ft. ranch on a walkout basement (with sump pump!), 3 bdr, 3 full bath (1 in basement), washer and dryer in basement and that is where our pool table is.
