now it's two hours and "maybe longer"? what happened to the earlier report of 90 minutes? picerno's story changes much like deb's did :D

KCTV5's video of the Jeremy Irwin comments is now on the website.

Debbie said she would talk to reporters at the vigil next week.

I don't recall an earlier report saying that the interview lasted 90 minutes vs 2 hours. And what would an extra 30 minutes mean anyway?

I don't understand. I just don't get why she has not been charged at the LEAST with child endangerment, drunk n disorderly, neglect, something.....anything!!! How do they sleep at night?

Where is Lisa?????

If your asking how can LE sleep at night without charging DB with some kind of crime, I think that the answer is that they would like to, but they lack the evidence to do so. Maybe as Picerno says, intimidation is needed.

The only thing that is missing from that equation is the intimidation factor where they can make threats to a witness/suspect. They can make promises to them, some of which they'll keep and some of which they're under no legal obligation to keep to try and get whatever their endgame is in terms of the goal of what it is they want to accomplish.

I think the only source of the info of the length of that Feb interview comes from Picerno, you really have to take it with a grain of salt.

The leads were of no benefit to the investigation," according to the statement from Capt. Steve Young. "While communication with the family has been ongoing, police have not had the opportunity to sit down one-on-one with Lisa's mother, Deborah Bradley. As the only adult in the home at the time of the baby's disappearance, police continue to have questions to which only she can provide answers."

Irwin had a succinct reply when asked about the police statement. (warning: strong language)

"I think it's bull**it to be honest with you," Irwin said.

:eek::eek::eek:

Whoa ... NOT good at all to publicly curse out LE -- especially when you are "on their radar" !

And this is a clear example of why Deb's attorneys do NOT want her talking to the media !

:please: that Lisa will be found !

:moo:

Not just a lack of concern also a lack of class (but we all knew that)!! :banghead:

Still, she occasionally buys toddler clothes in increasingly larger sizes, keeps the baby’s room intact and tells neighbors and friends she fully expects the little girl to come home. <<<<CONTINUING THE CHARADE

Infants usually have an even higher recovery rate, experts say. But most of those children are found quickly. National statistics from 2011 show 90 percent of children are recovered within 72 hours of an Amber Alert. <<<<STATISTICS TELL ALL

Her attorneys criticized police on national television, alleging that detectives were abusive and focused too much on Bradley’s actions and behaviors. The accusations stung investigators.

“We wanted to say, ‘No! That’s not right,’ ” Zink said. “ ‘That’s not how it went down.’ But we knew it wasn’t in the best interest of the investigation or child.” <<<<< LISTER LIES - MORE BELOW

Allegations that police had tunnel-vision on Bradley also weren’t true, Zink said. She said investigators regularly brainstormed during their investigation, pretending the mother had a rock-solid alibi.

“If mom had an alibi, where would we go? What would we look at?” she said.

Moments later, the dog broke free from its handler and raced down the street. Children who had been gathered in a nearby yard quickly chased down the pet as Bradley walked up to them.

She thanked the children for their help and instructed her older son how to keep a tight grip on the leash to ensure the dog doesn’t run away again.

too bad she's not as concerned for lisa's well-being ... (i.e. talk to LE as requested, not getting drunk with three kids at home etc.)

Maybe she was following Lisa's scent...

I wonder if this released statement is to basically close to the year anniversary bring a little heat on them, and to let it be known without saying the words that there is no statue of limitations, we have a lot of hard working investigator's still going over the case and we will get you one day. LOL

I personally think that LE want to question DB about JI. I think they have some hard questions she needs to answer.

The Internet ate my first reply I had all typed up. Grrr

I didn't realize a homicide detective was on the case so early in the investigation. It sounds like LE really spent a lot of time and effort to check out every single tip. It really makes me wonder what info they want from DB.

With the items LE took from the home, I would say one question is "how did the clothes you described Lisa wearing when put to bed get where we found them"?

I think they want to get JI alone to talk to him. He is the weak link. How is it your child disappeared on the first and only night you ever worked since Lisa was born? Why did a four hour job with one man turn into ten hours and need two men?

How did you forget the phone was in your pocket? It took x20 min to call emergency. I thought Electricians ALWAYS had their phone in the pocket while working. Standard procedure in observing electricians in the job...as they must have their phone with them at all times.

If you knew DB had drinking problems and fully intended on drinking, why did you never call home to check on the children?...better yet, drive home on your break. I am sure in ten hours you had a lunch break, didn't you? The law requires that...so why not check on the kids since DB was partying and it started before you left, right?
