The search for a missing teenager has taken a worrying turn following the recovery of her mobile phone from a river.

North Yorkshire Police have been looking for 16-year-old Leah, who was last seen at the edge of the River Ouse near to Lendal Bridge on Wednesday, September 20. Today, the force confirmed the discovery of a mobile phone used by Leah from the water.
