Lee Anthony Almosts Hits Protesters

<respectfully snipped>
Bottom line, if we and protesters have "rights" well, so do the Anthony's. Are we all such vicious voyeurs that we want to strip them of their rights?

Great post, mollymalone. You made some excellent points!

I got the impression that the reporter on the scene was concerned with reporting the truth. I don't know how that makes him pro-Anthony. I didn't see the studio interview, just read the account posted here. Do you know if there's a link?

I was watching it live on Fox35. Here is the link that was used tonight. Won't be of much help now. Actually the reporter on the scene has been more pro Anthony than most there. However you interpret that. I still watch her though.

Of course, none of this is the Anthony's fault. They are protecting their precious wittle girl who couldn't be honest if her life depended on it. They need to confront her and leave people who aer within their rights alone.
So they get irritated. The truth hurts sometimes. That doesn't give them the right to approach people with hammers, physicallyi remove their property, attempt to run over children, or the myriad of other things they have done wrong.

Blame Casey. It's her fault. Scream at her - attempt to approach her with q hammer, shove her, attempt to run her over with a car. Leave innocent people alone.
So true!:clap::clap::clap:

I like the way Cindy says "We all be ok once they protesters leave us alone"
Not "We all be ok once Caylee is home"

very telling and very sad

That's exactly what the guy in the studio on Fox35 pointed out the reporter on the scene.

Oh, we must be talking about 2 different "on the scene" reporters. I was talking about the man who did the interviews earlier, the one who first discovered that there were no children hit. I didn't see an interview with a female reporter.

guys, you are TOTALLY falling into the anthony trap. They have spent a life time of playing the victims, and now you are all focusing your anger on the protesters? There is a little three year old girl who is either alive and in danger, or dead, laying in a ditch some place because her entire family is coveering for each other. Please, don't fall into the "poor anthonys" NOBODY would be standing in there front yard if someone in that family would have the decency to come forward and tell the truth. It is very, very hot in florida. that poor little baby was disgarded like trash, to rot away in the heat of the day and you guys are mad at some protesters?

Very, very well said. Thank you.

My 2 Cents....

A three year old girl is murdered by her mother and callously disposed of in an unmarked grave but the Anthony's want everyone to just go away and mind their own business. Instead of confronting Casey & giving her an ultimatum, Cindy & George choose to appease her and allow her all the comforts of home.

I think the people of Orlando should be relentless with their protest. Maybe it will shame the Anthony's into telling Casey that they will no longer put up with her apathy or believe anymore of her lies. Maybe the Anthony's will have an epiphany and realize that Casey is no longer their sweet and innocent daughter but instead she's the lying murderer of their grandchild.

Anyway........

3 Cheers for the Protesters

I hope they are making life miserable for the Anthony's

I'm in total agreement with you! Go Protesters! Wish I could be there to join you!:clap::clap:

I agree with those of you who think the protestors should just go home. They aren't accomplishing anything except blocking the street and egging on the Anthonys. Exposing their kids to this chaos is not good parenting.

Thank you sincerely for clearing that up. You are definitely right - emotions are running high with this case. But I truly believe all of us have one goal in mind - to bring Caylee home - any which way.

Thanks again :)

Well I sure appreciate your understanding! I sure didn't mean my post to insult you or anyone in Orlando! So glad we got that worked out! :)

How many people in our own neighborhoods "whip" into their driveway or down the street?

My neighbor directly across the street from me did, and I reported him to the DMV and they took his license away!:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Was Lee being sarcastic when he replied?

There's a fine point here that we as voyeurs, (yes, that's what we are no matter what term we use to wrap it up in) of this whole situation get close to crossing.

When do we stop being sleuthers and become participants in a soap opera of our own making?

We're sitting around discussing "hatred" of Lee Anthony or Cindy or George because of "things they've said" instead of discussing Casey who is the real culprit here. Even the P's didn't garner the level of protesting and dislike as the Anthony's are receiving.
Many of us witnessed the extent of the P's delusions and their actions and comments in trying to sway the public about Scott. The Anthony's are doing the same thing yet I sense a level of hatred that seems way out of proportion to what they've actually done or said. Perhaps I'm wrong in thinking this.

Scott at least made an effort to pretend to search for Laci. That's more than Casey or her family has done.

My children have been raised to help others-if we were in that area we would be taking food to searchers or handing out flyers, NOT standing in front of someone's house screaming at them. I would be concerned about innocent neighbors

I agree wholeheartedly --- George, Cindy and Lee should be taking food to searchers or handing out flyers, not assaulting law abiding citizens exercising their constitutional rights.

  • #314
Yeah, let's kill a couple of protersters - that'll teach 'em.

And teach everyone else how little the constitution means and teach the Anthony's they've been right all along --- they really are above the law and they really can always make themselves out to be the 'victims' no matter what they do.

P.S.For sure a fan.

I'm not sure how this law works but could these protesters potentially be arrested for disturbing the peace? I realize they are protesting on public property, but they are also in a residential neighborhood. And I'm still not exactly sure what they are protesting. If they are protesting the fact that she belongs in jail and not out on bond, shouldn't they be protesting at the office of the judge who set bond in the first place?

  • #316
When you know you are taking them to a place where people have been assaulted and such?

The point is that the Anthony's make it dangerous -- not the protesters.

  • #317
DXo you KNOW they are lying? Or are you just trying to blame Lee's erratic and insane driving on people who might have been injured by it? I think the video will show what happened.
the reporter confirmed on the video that the parents were lying the kids said they werent hit .. in fact he said well that was what some of the adults were saying .and the kids said no it didnt happen

Sheriff has been called repeatedly. Protesters are within their rights. Anthony's are not and have been told so repeatedly by LE.
