Another "Fall right out of your da#@ chair" moment.....brought to you by GA.....
Sorry if this has been mentioned in this thread already, and I truly hope I am reading too much into this.......but
I failed to see GA denying the molestation accusations in his letter to KC, he doesn't ask her why she "lied" only his question as to why she had to destroy them all.....
My personal experience with incest and molestation is that the threat of "destroying" my family was what my perp used to keep me quiet. It worked my entire life. So I can see why I would read more into this than was perhaps there. But I think it the multitude of personal experiences that we at WS have that allows us to see beyond certain things. Again, I hope I am wrong about this and that it is just one more of KC's lies. I guess that is the ultimate in the girl who cried "wolf"....if she is telling the truth, who is going to listen now? FWIT.......
Respectfully Quoted Gma Kat :blowkiss:

Don't have a "threadache" Gma Kat...I love the sentence I put in bold. That is exactly a dynamic I find working here at WS, and one I appreciate. It is that very element that keeps drawing me back to read what everyone has to say here. Just when I think I have posted something totally "threadache" worthy, someone lets me know they heard me. I believe this is a victims advocate (geared, not to put labels on others or WS, that may not be wanted or agreed) site to the degree that I have received and experienced myself and others receiving much kindness and understanding.
I can go both ways in the "Casey was molested" idea. Each post for both sides makes sense to me. If molestation were to be brought up at the trial, or used to save Casey's life: if I were a juror I would have to hear from Casey about this. She should be asked out loud by someone in authority, about this. It is amazing how long each Anthony has been allowed to lie without really being confronted on those lies. Casey was confronted at Universal by LE, I see how she avoids. Cindy on the stand the 15th was a taste of this and LB had to let her read her own words, to get anything close to an answer.
When I began reading about this case, I never wondered whether or not Casey killed Caylee. I wondered if she did it because she was in a rage because of her own great hurt, acted without care and allowed Caylee to get hurt because Casey is a terrible mother and then she wanted to cover it up(never thought it was a "harmless accident" because of the way she reacted, stuff happens to kids with good parents and they call help right away, imo) or Casey killed Caylee in a premeditated cold and calculating manner.
If I was on the jury that would matter to me. I have personally since decided that Casey killed Caylee with forethought and malice, she was cold and calculating. Casey had a picture of a teddy bear being hung by its neck with the words, "why do people kill people who kill?"
Casey, people are willing to impose the death penalty on people who kill an
innocent person. That is the difference. I have thought about that "Casey quote" since I saw it in the photobucket pictures/icons.
Casey can't understand that human beings are calling for justice because an
innocent was murdered. I think it shows how little she understands about the value of life. Like, why would you kill someone "just" for killing, that makes you guys killers too, Andrea Lyon feels the same about death penalty jurors per her lecture on the subject. Whoever originally wrote that quote has very twisted thinking, and so does Casey for choosing it. I would never wonder how or why someone would want to kill someone who killed. It makes more sense to want to kill someone who killed than to be the first to kill, imo.
Casey is actually asking, how can people kill people who kill...
when she was capable of killing her own daughter!? I have ETA this last sentence because it really hit me again how crazy of a thought process this is! This, I think shows the sociopathic mind she has, the quote isn't "why do people want to kill people who they
think have killed...it is people
who kill" she is mystified why people would find someone killing as wrong!
I am not for the DP but even
I understand how it is necessary to balance those scales, how human it is to want to fix the fact that we were not able to save the innocent person and we want to "fix" it, by seeing that they receive justice. Human beings do not see it as "killing" someone "because they killed" there is something you feel when you see some as innocent(i.e. children) and obviously Casey never saw Caylee as innocent or she could not have killed her. She has never and is incapable of feeling outrage and a need for a balance in the scales because she does not care about or feel for other human beings, its why she has never shown anger that Caylee's life was taken(that and beside the fact that she is the one who took Caylee's life). That is what makes her different, that is what we are calling her sociopathy. She really does not get it, she went to stone when Christina cried out, "your baby girl Casey, your flesh and blood! I will die if anything has happened to her!"
That is a human reaction, Casey. It's funny, for all of her ability to morph into others personalities and pretend, she cannot reproduce the best and most important qualities of being human, when she needs them the most.
Since I am not for the DP anyway- (but support the victims loved ones in any and all of their feelings of needing justice), if Casey were molested and it was fact I would still vote for LWOP. I would just expect her to receive help for that while she spent her life in jail. And, on
a totally personal level I would feel that it didn't matter if that happened to her it was no excuse for what she was able to do to her daughter.
Whatever is going on, whether all of this letter stuff was wanted by JB, Casey and her family or these are letters they didn't want released: that this was all a plan or this is all stuff they didn't want people to know-is George on board for this bus ride or is he being taken for a ride? I don't know. I am enjoying everyone's take on the issue and I am waiting to see what happens next. At some point, like at the trial we'll know what was or wasn't going on...hopefully right? (ETA: TWA, I almost closed with the same idea you did, and I hadn't even read your post yet. I was thinking we have to wait for the trial...will there be any more doc dumps? Here's hoping!)
