If rc is involved in this, then he had to go to work late.........very late.

LE say he was there and could not have left.

Didn't one of the neighbors say the Altima was parked out front early evening?

P. Poppen said the Altima was there that evening - there is a video of him on Jax4 I believe saying the Altima was there, that is how he knew Misty was home so he said.

Hello Donjeta, I listened and thought the discussion was about RC's polygraph. It's either pass or inconclusive and LP said RC's test was inconclusive.

I wish there was someway of listening to blogradio programs on a regular media player with pause and rewind capabilities. I need to listen again cos that bit interested me.
I thought it was said by LP that LDT results are one of three things - pass, shows deception or inconclusive. Less than 10% are inconclusive. One of the ladies then chimed in with 'What does that tell you?' but that question went unanswered and I desperately wanted to know.
Anyone?

Yikes, I don't recall hearing that Ron ever said this about taking out Junior. I hardly ever ask for a link, but I think we need to be accurate on a statement of this magnitude. May I ask when Ron said this and what context?

TIA

My comments were what I garnered from Levi's show last night. They were discussing all of these things. All you need to do is go to Levi's site and listen to it. I never said "Ron Said". I said it was brought up about RC's comment about taking his son with him should he decide to end it all and then I added my own comment afterward.

If you are going to believe LP and take his word that RC did not pass a polygraph examination for Law Enforcement at the onset of this case then in my opinion you should be prepared to believe everything else that LP has said.....and I am not. I also don't believe that LP is questioning whether to put the bond up in RC's case. Who is he kidding. he wants his name in the news and he wants it there now, He would have likely bonded him out in a second.

LP also said Law Enforcement confirmed without a doubt that it would have been impossible for RC to have left work on February 9 2009. So why not quote his source on whether or not RC passed a polygraph like he did with that statement? Instead we hear "on good authority". Big difference there in my opinion.

Last time I listened to LP on Nancy Grace he was stating that he wanted to bond out the Croslin's but LE didn't want him to do that either. So now he is a bondsman that works on the advice of Law Enforcement? GMAB. Ya know sometimes I can honestly believe that LP has a big and honest heart, but lately his opinions in this case seem to depend on who is doing the interviewing. JMO

I believe LP did bond CA out believing she would give out/or slip up with info regarding the whereabouts of Caylee. I think that case taught him a lesson or two about the psychology of a psycho.

However, in the case of RC I don't think the same motive for offering to bail him out applies. Let's face it, LP is a bondsman. I believe in the HC case, it is more monetarily motivated. LP already believes the HC is deceased. He has stated his opinion on many occasions/shows. I think his only concern at this point would be about getting his money back on RC (he KNOWS not one of these family members has a pot to .... in).

Although LP IS a media hound, I do believe that depending on the circumstances of the case/situation, he does have good intentions. I believe that's WHY he began in the business he's in.

ITA with elle on this one. LP is about the press coverage. plain and simple. He enjoyed his go round with the Anthony case and all the clamour that surrounded his association with that case and that is the one and only reason he inserted himself into this one. Everything that comes out of his mouth is taken with a liberal pinch of salt, as with so many others associated with this case. MOO

I missed this last night, but who said that the trailer was too clean for it not to be a cover up of some sort?( or something to that effect) I wasn't able to listen last night so thank you very much to everyone who posted what was said in the show!

It was my understanding that the trailer was a pigsty and GGS went in and cleaned up the place a bit for the news crews and everyone thought that was highly suspicious, now we hear that Misty had been cleaning all night and it was in effect to cover up a crime? That is why I was wondering who commented that the trailer was so clean. TIA

I DO REMEMBER in the beginning, TN stating in an interview, that LE had 'tore the place apart' on the second day (with a search warrant) and that she and GGMS went in and 'straightened' up the trailer.

I don't remember hearing about MC cleaning in the beginning. In fact, I can't even 'picture' that in my mind. She seems too removed from the whole idea of 'cleaning' anything, for any reason. Hence, probably why she called ToC & JO over. They probably did the cleaning up for her.

I seem to recall Misty saying something about "bleach cleaning" but I'm not sure when this was or in what context. I remember thinking that this was weird and and wondered if Misty thought of this on her own or had someone suggested that she clean the mh with bleach. Not a good idea to use a lot of bleach around small children, imo.

Thanks redcar!

I actually was wondering who made the claim on Levi's show last night that the house was "too clean" . One of Levi's guests( or was it Levi)who asserted that Misty cleaning was part of the cover up because the house was too clean. This statement is a direct misrepresentation of the facts( what little we have) in this case. JMO

Hey Elle! We know that LE tore up that mh. I would imagine they would...BUT was it ever mentioned what the house looked like BEFORE LE got there? It could have been spotless upon arrival...and LE leaving the mh a mess was basically putting it back to its normal conditions, KWIM?

Somebody, either TN/GMS, made a comment about the mh being exactly the way it was when Haleigh went missing. Does anyone remember that? I can't remember what was said exactly.

I am not as familiar as most of you are with LP, AH, Levi, PB etc. However, I did feel that on Levi's show last night, LP chose his words carefully. He could have said LE was his source re the poly results, but he did not. I appreciated Levi asking LP for clarification a few minutes later. The guest who was most distracting to me was SMc. And that has nothing to do with her opinions which I would find much more interesting if she would leave the high-strung emotional tones out of her analysis while on air.

Elle, I believe it was SM, crime analyst that said that. In my mind, she was referring to the lack of evidence, prints, blood, etc., i.e., "too clean". Not the condition of the mobile home.

I read that the MH was a mess when LE initially arrived. LE could hardly walk a clear path through the trailer for all the mess that was strewn around the floors. I'll have to try and find where I read it, I can't recall. I thought I saved the link but apparently not. :(

I can find numerous mentions of this fact on blog comments but no official word from a reputable source, as of yet.

I think maybe the comment on Levi's show last night referencing the scene being "too clean" is a little confusing. I think SM, the crime analyst was emphasizing the term "too clean" because of the lack of evidence found at the scene. Something I would think a crime analyst would pay particular attention to and find it significant to indicate that there actually was a "cover up".

I need to listen again, but if this is the case then maybe they got their wires crossed. During this discussion they definitely made reference to the housekeeping abilities of a 17 yr old, so the implication is for cleaning of the housekeeping type rather than cleaning of the forensic-baffling variety.

It annoyed me when I listened and I waited for someone to make the correction, but nobody did. To think we are this far down the road and 'experts' in the case are still spouting half-truths is very unhelpful and feeds unnecessarily into the rumour mill.
