I wouldn't be surprised if the blackout was fabricated. It would be very convenient of her to say that.

Or her new Lawyer.

Ashley Irwin tweeted that there was no call at 2:38 AM. Someone here posted her tweet a few days ago.

:waitasec:

It appears one of the two of them is mistaken.

I don't believe anything that DB says. She may not have even been drunk..

But I wonder if Ashley really knows everything that went on that night, kwim?

Dr. Drew playing DB latest interview.

"I don't think alcohol changes a person enough to do something like that....."

Something like WHAT????

Searchers digging up the yard tonight.

I do know his daughter was kidnapped but usually he is for the parents until there's reason to doubt them. BD's stories didn't make sense yet he supported her and even went to Colorado City.

In this case, I don't find many logical media types supporting the parents.

DB stated she had approximately five glasses, IIRC, however I don't remember if she said how large the glasses were; or how much the neighbor had consumed.

DB said possibly more than five less than ten. IIRC. :)

My belief is that Marc is intelligent enough to realize when "stories" don't make any sense. His daughter was actually kidnapped.

:(

Yep, The worst nightmare ever..
But does that give him extra insight into this particular case? I don't know. I have my feet firmly planted on DB ground until they give me proof or a preponderance of evidence that she is involved. I just don't see that here. I really feel like LE is trying to make her look bad. I don't see the reason for the police to talk about her to MSM when they should be working with them. I believe they clammed up because they feel like the Police are sure they did it.

For me it just does not add up.

It will be interesting to find out the truth about the phone call one way or another.

Well, she didnt get the BOX of wine to look at it. :) No mother regardless of drunkenness kills her child out of the blue. Causing a drunken accident maybe... but you have to have it in you to do it even under the influence. Having a "black out" isnt exculpatory. She is still responsible for her actions IF a jury is following the law and not their emotions. The defense just wants to be sure to play on the emotions of potential jurors.

A woman on another board had an interesting take on it.. she said she thought that she killed the baby on accident and called the brother/guy who got the wine with her.. drank the wine to help her have the guts to dispose of the body. Interesting idea.

Okay two things I heard on NG interview that were new to me (besides what I scanned here quickly and I might have missed it so...forgive please? ) :)

1. Mom got up from LE interview (cutting interview short is what I took it to mean) because she had a network interview.

2. Baby bottle found on floor of Lisa's room.

Means nothing but those caught my ear. I had to watch on TV.

Also, Kansas does have a sunshine law, I just don't know what's covered under it or not? Might be good to look that up, I'm cooking dinner and washing clothes now haha. (3:10 in the afternoon here)

ETA: I KNOW they aren't in Kansas. Hahaha. Sorry, I don't know what I"m thinking! Excuse me please? :D

OTOH, there's nothing stopping them from communicating with police with their lawyer present. I know I would, even if they were accusing me. I'd just want my baby back - nothing else would matter to me at all.

That's just me though. I can't hold DB to my personal standard.

I didn't realize Ashley was there that night, or are the police sharing?? OR is she going by what DB told her? If the latter, she should ask her again next week and this too will change. :twocents:

She may have access to their cell phone records...I don't know.

I'm not arguing for or against the 2:38 AM call. I'm just passing along the information about her tweet.

I don't think we will know for sure if there actually was a call or not until much later in the case.

Kat... LOL!

I just saw your post on the Search thread (did you delete it? I tried to quote it) and thought to myself, "I think she's posting on the wrong thread..."... Cooking dinner, washing dishes, and following two threads? Way to multitask. ;)
