Can ya'll say what the gist of the interview with the neighbor contained?

Can ya'll say what the gist of the interview with the neighbor contained?

It's been broken up in segments but she does give a lot of detail. Husband was going to work, they had watched the man walking with the baby before he left for work, after he left for work he called her and asked if she could still see the man, and the man was wearing a white T-shirt, dark jeans, and appeared comfortable carrying the baby.

HLN Neighbor's husband was going to work and she was looking out window at him. She saw her husband looking down the street, then she saw a man in dark pants, white Tshirt walking down street with a baby in his arms. The baby's leg and arm were bare. Man turned and walked like he was going to a house.

and ANOTHER unrelated witness sees a man carrying a baby at 4 am. He is wearing a white tshirt and baby is only wearing a diaper. This sighting occurs 3 miles away from the Irwin home. As per Vinnie Politan on HLN.

Lady could not tell. She showed how baby was cuddled in man's arms. She said he looked comfortable carrying a baby.

Cradled like a sleeping baby? Or baby's stomach against man's chest with head on shoulder? Sorry - but this is something that I have been wondering about myself. Thanks!

Was the second sighting near where LE was searching that day when they stopped air flights, not above the house or the creek but there was another place.

Thanks for keeping those of us who can't watch it updated!

I couldn't watch but this sounds like the man was there in open view for quite a long time if he had time to go to work in the middle.

Earlier I thought he was coming home from work.

Earlier I thought he was coming home from work.

He was walking down the street when her husband went out to his car to go to work. The woman noticed her husband was looking for a long time down the street, while standing next to his car, and not getting in. He then pointed out to her the man with the baby, who she also saw and was able to describe.

A little later the husband called from work to see if he was still visible, and if so, to call LE. He was no longer visible to the woman.

It sounds like it was a brief sighting - maybe 30 seconds to a minute.

Baby's stomach against the man's stomach, baby cuddled in the vertical position with the head just below the man's neck. The man was holding the baby's head close to him in a protective way.

As she said, he looked like a man comfortable holding a baby.

If this news doesn't bring out an innocent person to claim it was probably him, I'm going to be surprised.

Thank You for this link, Nurse !

Some interesting comments by Dan Abrams on "eyewitness testimony" ...

Dan Abrams: " ... Let's start with the fact that eyewitness testimony tends to be notoriously unreliable. ... "

MOO ...

Can't wait to hear about this in the neuroscience and law symposium. This topic was mentioned specifically.

IMO the two identical sightings of man with a baby cannot be coincidence.. I don't know how or where it fits into what happened to baby Lisa but I cannot find two separate sighting to be coincidence..

First Sighting of Man with Baby

- sighting was on the street behind Lisa's home

- Oct. 4th approx. 12:15am

- Man in a t-shirt

- late 30's-early 40's

- 5'8

- baby wearing ONLY a diaper

Second Sighting of Man with Baby

- sighting approx. 3miles from Lisa's home

- Oct. 4 approx. 4:00am

- man in a Tshirt

- 5'8 or taller/slender build

- baby wearing ONLY a diaper

** As I said I don't know how this fits or plays a role in what's happened to Lisa but for two totally different/unrelated witnesses to have seen this man with baby in two separate areas 3 miles apart, 3+ hours apart IS NOT JUST A COINCIDENCE.. jmo, tho!

Omg I am just now catching up on all the news from this afternoon. Wow. I am so far behind but it looks like those who said that yesterday's slow news day might be the calm before the storm seem to have been right.

Eye witness testimony is found to be flawed that's a fact.. But here we aren't describing intricate details that are reliant on memory.. At 12:15am and again at4:00am, Male holding baby that is not clothed is not something that IMO would fall into faulty memory issues of eyewitness.. Are there even single digit chances that this would be two totally different men and babies unclothed in the middle of the night in 40* temps, 3miles apart, 3 hours apart?
Jmo, tho!
