Live MSM coverage on baby Lisa 21 October 2011- including Nancy Grace

I, at this point, think everything goes back to the three missing cell phones as well as the decomp hit.

I have never in my life ( my best friend was murdered in the 80's-Tina Harmon=I have followed lots of searches over the years) seen so many metal detector searches!

I think they may have other reasons to get these cell phones.. like things they cannot get from call records like pictures, etc...

they seem to be a very hot item.

If the phones had an internet connection,I'm wondering if some searches were made on one of the phones... Wouldn't LE need the phone to find a URL ? Cannot imagine what images woulkd be on a phone that could connect to Lisa's disappearance and/or death...MOO

MOO but I still think it was accidental. Neglected in the tub and drowned. CPR tried on bedroom floor, then panic due to so many being convicted lately of neglect for letting their kids drown in the tub, so planned the kidnap to cover the accident. She may have even asked the older kids to watch her in the tub and they got distracted. Hence the not letting them talk.

That is the most credible explanations of an accidental death I have heard. Unfortunately, drowning deaths of children are not unheard of and I could see her bringing her to the bedroom to try to revive her.

I think the decoy theory is more plausible than an abductor wandering around with an undressed baby for all to see. But, who on earth would agree to be the decoy? How would he know that he wouldn't be busted by patrolmen (who might not make an immediate connection to the Amber Alert, but would certainly know later that this dude did not have a live or dead Lisa (assuming the decoy stunt didn't involve actuallly carrying sweet Lisa)? How would those who sent him to be the decoy know that he wouldn't be busted and squeal like a pig? I mean, the whole point of a decoy is for the person to be seen. What if he had been seen by PD or by someone that called 911 pronto?

I think both sightings are unrelated. Hopefully, both reported in good faith, but just turned out to be unrelated or not what the witnesses thought they saw.

JMO...

I thought they just want the phones because finding them would blow the abduction story out of the water. I don't think there's anything incriminating on them or anything

When DH and I were young parents in the early '70s, people told us about putting Whiskey on a baby's pacifier to help them "conk out". We were never big drinkers, so we bought a bottle of Canadian Club for this purpose. We were never sure if it worked or not and ended up tossing the bottle because we didn't care to use it. There are probably a lot of parents who have done this, but I can't tell you whether or not it's helpful in getting children to sleep or stay asleep. jmo

Me either - I think if these people saw something, then it's possible it was a decoy. If someone had a 'decoy' in order for there to be fake 'sightings', then they would want it to be obvious that they were carrying a baby and for that baby to be seen. A baby is much more recognizable, especially at night, if just wearing a diaper rather than fully clothed/bundled-up, at which point the baby may go unnoticed altogether and completely blend in with the person carrying her.

That's why I'm thinking it's possible there was a doll. I know it sounds far-fetched, but then again this whole case is. And if you did commit a crime and needed the focus to be elsewhere, what better way than for someone to 'see a kidnapper with a baby'?

JMHO

If baby Lisa was harmed before the timeline we were given by the parents, the parents had time to plan the kidnapping story, the trip to the store to buy
baby wipes and wine, and perhaps have someone (JI) walking around with a doll, as stated above, so someone could report, "seeing a kidnapper with a baby".

ITA - LE wants those phones BAD!!! The pings probably put those phones at that house and no where else.

Here's a new thought about those phones I had today. LE has the records - we can pretty much bank on that. So, there are calls logged. Have to wonder how many times that night that DB and JI talked? And did DB (the missing phones) call anyone else?

Now, LE can't know FOR SURE what was said on those calls - they aren't like texts. And the parents can just be saying - he called me to see how the kids were, or I called her to tell her leave something out for me to eat, or - whatever KWIM? So, all LE knows is that calls were placed back and forth from him to her.

AND, finally - if LE finds those phones on the property - well then, pretty obvious they never left - especially if they find them hidden.

There is also the other thing that I've talked about in excess - pictures and/or video on those phones can not be retrieved by the carrier - only if those pic have ever been uploaded to anything - then it can be tracked back.

I'm willing to say - LE finds those phones with Baby Lisa
And to take that thought a step further, perhaps the phones were hidden somewhere on the property with the hope of recovering them at a later time because of whatever incriminating is on them that DB and/or JI want to keep? Otherwise a SIM card can be disposed of permanently very easily.

MOO

all you need is the number for those phones to find out who was called correct? surely they gave the numbers or they could find them via caller ID from friends family or work..

The 2 sitings appear to be made by a husband/wife who live on DB street and Motorcycle dude riding 3-4 miles away. I think its relevant since we don't know that the couple knows the other man. Their stories match.... they both told LE the same story - Tshirt clad man carrying baby in diaper on that cold night when Baby Lisa went missing. Descriptions were the same for male build/age/clothing carrying baby wearing only a diaper. If the baby was already deceased, then of course no clothing necessary. (However, you would think they would put baby in container or cover with blanket). Seems believable to me. Thank goodness these people came forward.

I'm betting that they already have the phones.

The carrier can get the searches that were made on the phone as well as calls, the ONLY thing they cannot get are the photo's. IMO they want those phones because it will show that Lisa was not kidnapped and or they are with Lisa.

Do you guys think LE has found these phones and got lucky that the info didn't get leaked or released?

  • #414

I personally don't think they do... they have been searching for them in a frenzy with metal detectors and they were even listed on the search warrant (unless of course they have found them since)):twocents::twocents:

eta: my other theory would be that they know what they could be looking for on the phones that is not available on call records like pictures, videos, etc..

IMO, Baby Lisa drowning is just as believable as Caylee Anthony drowning. Zilch, nada, zero. Per Dr. G "100% of accidental drowning are reported."

JMO

O/T - with the new pics of Barbara Walters and JB released, and my belief that FCA is trying to make $$ off an interview, I bet this story and the attention it's getting, has made FCA :furious:. Maybe even some hyperventilating and hives happening. :great:

So, do you think that the same man was carrying this baby around out in the open for several hours? Because the "sightings" were several hours apart.

sorry was referring to the Cindy Anthony statement yelled out at the media im waiting for this to happen in this case next

they could have... they very well could have... they tried to seal the search warrant today

That's what I meant. If they didn't find those phones in the 16+ hours they searched, they are ghost phones!

Dr. Drew basically going over the same information as NG, with the addition of the vigil and those attending. Reporter stating JI's sister says DB/JI have been cooperating with LE as recently as today.

Dr. Drew also discussing the cadaver dog's hitting in the house.

(end of report on Lisa)
