No, I don't agree they are going to go the accident theory - I think Mason will only use the suggestion of an accident to try to discredit or dummy down Dr. G.'s evidence/report and try to create doubt with the jury.

How many times has joypath and others said that Dr. G. will not express an exact cause of death when she has no proof of it - she is a scientist and her job is to report only on the facts and not speculate as to their conclusions.

Exactly, she said from the beginning cause of death undetermined. It's the fact that a helpless healthy child is dead in a garbage bag in the woods with duct tape that points to homicide! They're going to say she drowned then had a breakdown. Doesn't explain the chipper mood with friends, in jail, with LPs crew....Goodnight.

So then the swimming pool was in the woods????? And we heard such a small portion of the depo. Why would Dr. G say that the tape may *not* have covered the nose? I am so disgusted tonight!
