Local 6 Uncovers New Info in Anthony Case

I'm not worried... I am calm now! I have a few questions and comments for Mr. T.P. if he is reading here tonight (or Cindy, Jose, Mason, etc...:seeya

An accidental death does not take 31 days to report. Are you going to use the story that Casey was so scared of what Cindy might do that she could not report that her baby, Caylee, had accidentally drowned? Prove it! Prove that Casey was so utterly terrified of Cindy Anthony that she did not report the accidental death of Caylee Anthony. Casey Anthony has robbed her mother, Cindy Anthony blind for years... without FEAR! She has lied to her mother, Cindy Anthony, for years... without FEAR! She lied about graduation... what did Cindy Anthony do? She threw her princess, Casey, a graduation party and blamed the school for Casey not graduating. Casey has lied about working at Universal Studios and Sports Authority... when George found out that Casey was lying about her job... what did Cindy Anthony do? She jumped on George for getting in Casey's business and told him to stop "checking up" on her. And if we are to believe a word that has come out of Cindy Anthony's mouth the past few years... Casey has lied about a nanny named Zanny for years before June 16th, 2008. Did Cindy ever check up on this nanny? Did she ever question Casey about this nanny? Did she ever try to contact this nanny?

You do remember the nanny? The woman that Casey claims to have been watching Caylee for the past year and a half-two years? The woman she has known for four years that LE, with all the technology that we have today, could not locate? The nanny that no one has ever seen outside of Casey Anthony? The nanny that Casey claims that she left her two-year-old baby with at Sawgrass Apartments.... never mind... Jay Blanchard Park... dang it... I mean she simply was watching Caylee for a dew days... on June 9th, 2008.... oops, wrong date... June 16th, 2008... and she never returned Caylee to Casey? The same day, on June 16th, 2008, when Caylee was not returned to Casey... oops, I mean died accidentally in the pool... Casey went to her boyfriend's house just a few hours later and rented movies about murder and missing children? Oh, did I mention that Caylee was DEAD IN HER TRUNK and a scene in the movie "Untraceable" that Casey rented with Tony had a body, inside a black trash bag, inside the trunk of a car? Did I also mention that the movie "Untraceable" that Casey rented had a "Timer" that was set for each person that was murdered and Casey had a password "Timer 55" that ironically if you count from June 16th to August 9th (Caylee's birthday and what I believe Casey felt was how much time she had to get out of dodge) was 55 DAYS!

I need to stop... I am so mad!!

Won't the jurors be shown the photos of Caylee's remains and be able to see for themselves the duct was placed tightly across her face and hair and, hopefully, be able to see through defense team's double talk. Spin, spin, spin. The photos will speak for themselves.

So they're going for an accidental drowning theory? That is just WORSE to me. OMG. I swear on all that is holy if they claim the duct tape was just floating in the water and happened to stick to her face, or floated downstream after she was dumped, I may throw things and break my flat screen television. And then I'll have a very mad husband on my hands.

Unbelievable!!!! That duct tape is really screwing them though. No matter what, they cannot explain that away as an accident. I can't wait to see Dr. G on the stand. Baez, you ain't seen nothin' yet!!!!

So what is tomorrow night? Is Tony P saying Kronk staged evidence or that Kronk is saying some else staged evidence? Not like I'm going to watch and find out, lol.

So we did actually learn something...Dr. G is not going to say that the duct tape covered the nose.Of course, a toddler who is crying with duct tape on her mouth will soon suffocate anyway. But is it possible that Casey didn't realize that and thought she could just keep Caylee quiet that way? (This would still be 1st degree murder IMO, due to the child abuse.)

If I were Dr. G, I would have told CM, sure, it's a possibility that she was dropped into the pool with duct tape over her mouth and around her wrists, and THEN she drowned...

they could ask Dr. G what if....KC put Caylee in a time out with duct tape on her mouth.....could Caylee have chocked from crying and/or vomited and then suffocated?

the pool one and drowning....well...that just wouldn't fit with the duct tape.....I think defense just thru that one out there during the depo....I don't think they are going with drowning......

I'm thinking restraining for a time out....is what they are going to go with....

I think defense is going to ask Dr. G these kind of questions.....if they ask Dr. G these questions then they wont have to put KC on the stand.....

yet....death during an act of child abuse.....is murder.....I'm not sure about the premeditated part though.....if KC intent was only to quite her and not kill her with the duct tape.....that maybe where the defense is going.....

You don't use duct tape to quiet a child and expect it to come off, anybody who has ever used duct tape knows how strong it is and that it could rip off skin trying to take it off and Casey had used it to make her flag clothing for the Anything But Clothes party...

Dr. G. Deposition by defense released to TP. Defense is questioning the definition of death at the hands/means of another.

CM asks "What if child drowned in the pool?"

Dr. G responds remains found in bag, duct tape in vicinity of lower mandible. Dr G. can't say with certainty if duct tape covered mouth & nose. UCF doctor schultz? wrote that in his report. Suffocation is a possible cause of death.

The photo makes me sick! This child is two years old and Caylee was two years old. The tape is attached just below her nose and is still wide enough to hang below her chin.
Strange things happen at the court house. This woman is out on bail and allowed to visit with the child under supervision.

Underlined by me.... I want to read this deposition so bad now!! CM does realize that she is the medical examiner??? She didn't need LE to tell her anything about the circumstances of how Caylee's remains were found... and in what shape they were in. She seen it for HERSELF. With her own EYES.

I take real offense to a days worth of drama leading up to the carp we saw reported tonight by TP. Certainly he didn't spend the day pouring over 2 comments Dr G made over the span of hours worth of deposition? Really Tony???
An accidental drowning? Maybe it was an intentional drowning. Seems to me loving parents call 911, not TonE or Fusion or Blockbuster when their child lays lifeless.
Also concerning is the fact Dr G reported there was no signs of trauma to the skeletal remains and CPR would have caused some so I guess Caylee didn't warrant that either....assuming hers was an accidental drowning.
So what mental defect would cause a Mother to sit petulant in jail, writing her pen pal about the kidnapping nanny, the alleged incest, the RV and irish accented baby but not eventually divulge she was sitting, rotting in jail facing the DP because she was afraid to tell her Mommy Caylee drowned?? Good luck with that.

Well thank the Heavens i didnt sit up until 5am for this nonsense. I knew it was gonna be a load of bolox.

So Mr mason at what time on the 15 June did the swimming accident happen? was it whilst georgie porgie was so engrossed watching Dives Diners n drive ins he didnt hear the commotion at the pool, and instead of calling dad kc popped caylee into a wee blanket and into a bag then into the boot.... REMEMBER George saw them leaving (not). about one pm. oh wait that cant be right because she was at the nannys at that time ooohhhhh help

or did caylee get the ladders out and drown herself just to get at kc, see we have to remember here, it doesnt really matter what day cindy saw the ladder out (aye right) cos calyee was never seen again after the 15th maybe even the 14th after the non fight.. oh and did she pre agree with mr kronk to keep caylee until she was arrested then drop her off at her final resting place, i know I know nonsense, if she drowned why say someone else dumped the body


and why would you then elaborate such a phoney story im sorry but this isnt gonna fly

I guess the one thing that stands out for me with CM's questioning is "Why don't you ask your client what happened?".
Of course then he has another dilemma- exactly which of her lies does he think a Jury might believe...
