After watching JA in court and her antics and then the relationship she had with TA, all I can say is the reason she and TA would be so hot and cold, IMHO, was her. IF she didn't have his FULL attention, she wasn't happy and would cause some drama.

They break up as b/f - g/f when she lived in Palm Desert and she ups and moves to Mesa.

She comes into his home, when they're not even exclusive, and another girl is there and she runs out to her car and speeds away. TA runs after her.

Another person going on a camping trip takes her back pack and takes her make-up out and she runs upstairs and TA runs after her.

She {ACCICENTALLY} sends a text or email meant for another man, to TA.

They're not b/f - g/f and she spies on him making out with another girl and confronts him as if she has a right to.

She makes dates with all of these guys within TA's social circle.

The last written messages from TA where he was going to out her and her evil ways to everyone, her family, their friends, the church. He calls her names, tells her she's evil and the worst thing that's ever happened to him in his life. Conveniently HER messages from that day were {LOST}, just his side of the conversation. again!

Next thing we know her grandpa's gun disappears, she rents a car, dies her hair, gets gas cans, goes to Mesa and TA ends up slaughtered.

The next thing she does is leave a voice mail AFTER the murder, telling TA she wants him to accompany her and a friend to see Othello. (have you looked up the story of Othello?) {{subliminal}} not to mention down right SCARY!

There's a pattern here.

PS...and I do NOT believe he knew she was coming to Mesa that fateful night. She tried to get hold of him several times later that evening and he did NOT answer.

PPS... oh, about her journal, you know where she said 'something's wrong with this boy and I don't know if I can marry him?' or something like that. Well, my theory is that was at the beginnnnning of their relationship where he wouldn't have sex. After they broke up and she moved to Mesa, my theory is she finally broke him down and that was his downfall. She thought she had him! But she kept up her control MO and caused constant drama and the rest is history. fran

I think he did answer the phone. She called him at 1:51 pm on June 3; that call lasted 2 minutes 5 seconds. She called him again at 8:16 pm; that call lasted 2 minutes 9 seconds. She called again 18 minutes later and that call lasted 49 seconds.

His friends say he didn't even get very upset after she slashed his tires, two days in a row. Only 3 1/2 weeks before he was murdered he was recorded on the phone telling her he was planning to come visit her before he went to Cancun, even going as far as to say, "You are at the top of the list." Why wouldn't he welcome her when she came to visit him in his home where nobody else would know?

Jodi used bits and piece and makes a story. The is a video out there of Cameron Diaz wearing spiderman under roos and dancing. There are women's panites that are boy shorts and hipsters that have spidy on them along with superman batman.

I'm one of those that does not believe Travis knew Jodi was coming to his home. I'll list my reasons below.

There is a list of phone calls between Travis and Jodi that may show he had no idea she was on her way.

There are no other phone calls between Travis and Jodi after 6/3/08 at 8:34 pm. Jodi was in Sacramento, CA during the last phone call to Travis and claims to have decided at that time to go see him instead of going straight to Utah to see Ryan. If Jodi left CA immediately after getting her gas/Starbucks/making that last phone call to Travis she would have arrived in Mesa, AZ at around 3 am on 6/4/08. If someone is expecting you at that time of night one would expect for there to be phone calls between the two to make sure the one driving is ok and when they should arrive. Jodi claims to have arrived at Travis's home at 4 am, an hour after she should have arrived. Phone call records show that when Jodi did not show up at Ryan's as expected, he began to call her yet she did not answer her phone. Ryan continued to call her until he reached her and she lied about getting lost and sleeping on the side of the road.

Jodi knew that the doggie door would more than likely be in place, she also knew the code for the garage door, the doggie door was placed in a sliding glass door so that could also have been a point of entry. I firmly believe that Travis did not know Jodi was on her way and that he was not awake when she arrived. I firmly believe that Jodi let herself in and quietly snuck around the house getting onto his laptop and doing other things in those early morning hours.

Has anyone noticed the times that Travis talks the longest to Jodi is the wee hours of the morning? I think even the sex tape was around 3 AM. It must be the time that he is less resistant to her. Odd.

To be honest katie, I think he WAS going to say that's what she had, but MAY have realized that it wasn't going to work, IF he watched the likes of Dr. Drew that very evening. Dr. Drew said HE has only seen that condition 3 times in his career and JA didn't have that. He went on to say that he didn't believe this guy would recognize it if he saw it.

I'm sure there's several other TH experts and such who weighed in on this and the doc realized he wasn't going to be able to use that excuse.

He could not have held to this and in fact did mention that TGA has a physical cause when the juror asked the bad haircut question. He must have paid attention to some of the media coverage or someone else brought this to his attention.

I heard the same tape but really, I got the impression that he was saying that to appease her. He talked about many other more definite travel plans and never once stated that visiting her was on his itinerary until she asked if he was going to come and visit her in Yreka. I've also wondered, if he had visited her, where exactly he would stay? Under her bed at her Grandparent's home? There wasn't much room for her there, let alone for him.

The problem I am having is it was introduced as evidence and it is Exhibit 442. I don't think I can prove anything one way or the other without having the transcript of the darn thing. S/he continues to state it is evidence the spiderman underwear story is true and is corroborated. Why do I get into such debates?! I just feel so strongly about this case I couldn't let someone who thinks JA was a victim go unchallenged.

I have looked everywhere and I cannot find anything more than vague references with regard to this exhibit 442. I don't suppose Nancy Grace would return a call from me, huh? :lol:

Knowing where she was living in Yreka, it is rather amusing to think of Travis visiting her there. What an embarrassment to her if he had arrived and seen where she lived? That she wasn't anywhere in his league? That everything with her was pretense? Or would she have "borrowed" someone else's residence as hers during his stay?

I tend to agree with the person who believes moving back to Yreka may have been part of her murder plan, for the simple reason that everything she did that shows premeditation involved sneaking in and out of Arizona undetected.

If she intended to stay in the relationship she would have no reason to rent a car from a city 100 miles away, borrow/buy 3 gas cans so she wouldn't have to fill up in Arizona, turn her cell phone off the part of her trip she was in or near Arizona, establish an alibi for her trip, or dye her hair brown. Or steal her grandfather's gun and make it look like a burglary.

If she remained in Mesa, she knew she'd be the #1 suspect.

So I doubt they had any argument on June 4. I doubt he ever thought she wasn't all woman; he was too inexperienced to know how other women were sexually. I doubt she had any illusion Travis would ever take her to Cancun--his friends who were going were vocal in their dislike of JA. And she certainly knew she'd never be his wife.

As far as her bottom, my husband is a general physician who has examined many thousands of female private parts and says she is completely normal, and better than many. As far as women liking oral and anal sex, both are common among ordinary women, some more than others, and an endless number of young, wholesome-looking, gorgeous girls voluntarily participate in sex videos. You can find 18-year-old Miss Delaware Melissa King's sex video online right now. Some even enjoy extreme S&M, which I don't get but whatever floats their boat.

As someone else said, men who encounter a nymphomaniac at first feel they have won the lottery, until they see everything else that comes with it. She clearly drove him nuts, wouldn't shut up, kept prying into his personal affairs, did something he said hurt him more than he'd ever been hurt in his life.

Her handwriting shows she is very resentful of criticism, and however she may have pretended it didn't bother her, imo she was angered and humiliated to be called the things he called her. She had known for nearly a year that he planned to date with marriage in mind, and it pointedly did not include her. The only way she could prevent it and keep him as hers forever was to kill him. The 5/26 texts brought it to a head and the gun was 'stolen' just two days later, but I suspect it was bubbling in her head for some time.
