Okay, I've watched this several times now. What I think is happening is this -- JM asks her to identify the first pic as happening before she shot him. She does. He then shows the second pic and says we know something happened in 62 seconds (something to that effect). Meanwhile -- he switches the picture back to the first one though we do not see the pic on the courtroom feed, but you can see him switching the picture on the projector -- I am convinced he is now speaking about the first one (the alleged dropped camera shot at when he asks the final question about whether this picture was taken before she shot him.

I can see how you someone could assume he was talking about the bloody picture, but I don't buy that. You can see her looking right at the monitor when she answers in response to the question. I cannot for the life of me believe that JM would have failed to follow up with several questions if he caught her admitting that the bloody picture came before the shooting.

Anyway, that's my opinion at this point. :cow:

I think you may be right that she was trying to turn him around, because the very light triangular shape in the top right of that photo corresponds to his bathroom linen closet door being open, which puts him in the wrong direction to being pulled toward the shower. I have yet to see a photo of his bedroom that has anything corresponding to that very light area at the top right of the photo.

Still haven't found which hallway tile square has the very distinctive vein in the tile underneath her foot shadow. If we can find that, we'll know exactly where she was standing when that photo was snapped.

BBM: David Michael produced a video in early March showing where he thinks that tile is located, towards the bedroom close to where the carpet begins. Personally, I think mass produced tile eliminates being able to pinpoint the exact tile - there could be dozens of that particular faux veined tile throughout the room ...

By June the temperatures here are routinely over 100. Open windows are pretty much unheard of, and the newer homes are insulated to the max. My neighbors could have a jam session with Alice Cooper over there and I wouldn't know it. Wait a minute, I think they have!

Thanks, I'll check it out! I think he's right that it's very near the bedroom, but I can't see enough detail in the available photos. There are plenty of examples of the tile in other areas of the upstairs and downstairs but that vein is too distinctive to miss if we see the right photos of the bathroom hallway, imo.

I've checked both the California and Arizona inmate searches and came up empty-handed.

I hope this is OK - if not my apologies mods. I saw a pic of MM before his Myspace was inactive... dark hair, a tad scruffy with a toboggan on. In search today, this is what I found.. and "think" it's the same individual.

Sometimes we need to be reminded, when the justice system seems to be so flawed, that it does make progress, however slowly.

This case is also a prime example of why it takes so long to actually carry out the death penalty. I'd rather see a guilty person spend a trillion years in jail than see another execution like this.

I see what you are saying and I agree with you. Besides if JA had admitted the pic of her dragging TA happened before she shot him (addidentally) JM would absolutely have caught that. jmo

Fran (mod) are we not allowed to share testimony that might include photos? Is that why my posts are being deleted?
If so, I didn't know that. I thought photos weren't allowed. Not trial footage.
Also, why is so much off-topic discussion allowed on these threads? It's hard enough to keep up then FIND them again but all this personal conversation really should be discouraged.
