Okay, I've watched this several times now. What I think is happening is this -- JM asks her to identify the first pic as happening before she shot him. She does. He then shows the second pic and says we know something happened in 62 seconds (something to that effect). Meanwhile -- he switches the picture back to the first one though we do not see the pic on the courtroom feed, but you can see him switching the picture on the projector -- I am convinced he is now speaking about the first one (the alleged dropped camera shot at when he asks the final question about whether this picture was taken before she shot him.
I can see how you someone could assume he was talking about the bloody picture, but I don't buy that. You can see her looking right at the monitor when she answers in response to the question. I cannot for the life of me believe that JM would have failed to follow up with several questions if he caught her admitting that the bloody picture came before the shooting.
Anyway, that's my opinion at this point. :cow:
