Our 20 year old niece is here. She's afraid of clowns. Ever since watching "IT".
She freaked out over a clown lady at IHOP the other day. Anyway, that's why out of nowhere Gus started to look like an evil clown. He definitely has clown hair.

There are only so many things that can be hashed and rehashed during long wait periods. I just scroll by what does not interest me. When the trial is happening things stay on topic pretty well.

Apparently we're not allowed to embed videos from the trial that contain photos from that day.

Not sure how to make my point without that but.......Jodi admits that the bloody photo of Travis---in fact, ALL the photos of Travis that day in the shower were taken BEFORE she shot him.

That means, the photo of his bleeding body and her foot were BEFORE she shot him.


Which translates into, she stabbed him first!! She says so. Why is the State wasting over a million dollars on this? Am I going insane or what??


He got her to admit this so there is no more self defense nor do we need these sexpert witnesses.
Why didn't Juan hammer that home? What is he waiting for?

The shower picture were Travis is sitting down reminds me of what children do in self-defence when they are being attacked- make themselves smaller. I think that he saw her with the knife, she was taking up the only exit from the shower, so he sank down crossing his leg over to protect his torso. Also you can't see his right arm, I believe that was raised to protect his head.

His leg isn't crossed over. I initially thought so as well, until someone showed a more complete photo. Also, he has a bruise in that calf in that pic that isn't on his left calf in the autopsy photos, but is on the right calf.

His right arm wasn't raised but was fully extended toward his knee. He can be seen in basically that same pose, seated, and with his right arm extended at 5:28:54, a minute and 36 seconds before the final seated photo, 5:30:30.

Also, there is no soap seen in any of the shower pics, and the shower door was open the whole time. First two shower photos were taken with flash, which would have bounced off a closed shower door and ruined the photo. Therefore, flash + no reflection on shower door = shower door open. The prosecution believes he knew he was being photographed, even though Jodi at first said "Travis wouldn't agree to that." She admitted the shower door was open the whole time, explaining that the water pressure was very low in the shower and wouldn't get the camera wet.

Ordinarily it's okay but this forum in general, when there's a big murder trial, is so very hard to follow or find information. The links/threads are scattered everywhere and there are constant new threads everyday. Sometimes, every hour. It's not that user friendly.


I am just wondering if---- all of you realize what I just realized and that's: Jodi admits the photos found in the camera that day were taken BEFORE she shot Travis!!!
If he's bloody on the floor then, she stabbed him first according to her. So..that is NOT what she's saying on the stand.
She should be charged with perjury and this judge should be demoted to county clerk!!

She says she owes her parents lots of money, her grandparents, Darryl. Sounds like she has been living off other people for a long time.

She also says she has an awesome family, and she moved back home to be near them. Wanted to spend time with her (abusive) father, who has been ill for 10 years, but is still hanging in there, thank goodness.

I can understand your excitement, but do consider my post at #1440.
