OMG, MM to be a rebuttal witness... Thank you Juan, JA is GOING DOWN WITH THIS ONE!!!!

Seriously, MM to be a rebuttal witness??? :what: How do you know this? If that's true which I believe it is, that is the best news I`ve heard in a long time. Woo hoo :great:

:what: Wow!

The other inmates aren't exactly stellar citizens themselves, so she'll be in like company. :floorlaugh:

When in prison she'll probably be on some psych medication, she'll be confined, controlled, and that's what she needs to get healthy. That's all i'm saying.:seeya:

Eta; obviously this is just my opinion and it won't be the first time i've been wrong, nor the last. Lol

Ok :furious:

Has MM been called as a witness? yes or no?

1. If yes, Jodi is done.
2. If no, maybe there is a plea deal in the works?

Why would she be put on psych meds? She has no diagnosis....unless she develops something due to her prison stay. Even if she's officially diagnosed with some form of personality disorder there are no meds for that.

Does anyone know who MM is.

Yes, I have pondered it to no end. The element of surprise and she had to be fast. Really fast. Travis had many defense wounds on his hands and he was much bigger than her and she still managed to kill him. It's not that I want to picture it but I have tried to, it is still not plain as day to me.
He just had to have had a fatal wound and she was able to over take him.

I haven't gone through the pictures to try to figure this out, but some had flash and some did not - unless that was just a matter of the recovery. If she had the camera in her right hand, a knife in her left, took a flash picture, and immediately started stabbing, that would have certainly allowed her to get in some blows in the couple of seconds he was blinded.

She will do well in prison. She won't like to be in prison, but she will adjust, she'll have to. Her health will be looked after, she will "belong" - likely for the first time in her life, she will be fed on a regular basis. She will no longer have to "prove" herself to anyone, she'll be on a tightly controlled schedule (which clearly she wasn't on the outside). I believe she'll be a lot healthier in that environment.

It's been said that antisocial personalities generally do well when they are confined in prison.

Sorry, but who the he// cares about how JA makes out in prison? Not me!!

I know the feeling. My original post on this was only in support of the concern Jean Casarez voiced about possible problems if a juror were to see that. No matter how many times I refer people to my original post, where I do not criticize JM in any way, it doesn't seem to matter. Go figure. I suppose the message is, "run with the pack or get out."

You know it gets so old. People have such hatred towards the defense team that they cannot see straight. No matter what. I posted my thoughts on the subject a few days ago...

I think the point is that nobody wants there to be even a hint of impropriety. The defense will jump on anything that even hints of misconduct. There has already been several accusations of prosecutorial misconduct. Why give them ammunition?

The bottom line is that this trial is about the brutal murder of Travis Alexander. The side shows, groupies, fans, .... whatever you want to call them, need to back off and let him finish his job. Looky loos wanting their fifteen minutes of fame via a picture or whatever need to wait until it is over! Then have at it for all I care. I just don't want to see it jeopardize the case in any way.

If I were Travis' family I would be pissed that this is going on. I mean, imagine how they feel? People who have no business injecting themselves into this case causing problems. It is their brother! This trial has been going on for a long time. Day in and day out they have to sit there and listen to the BS going on inside the courtroom. They shouldn't have to be subjected to the BS going on outside of the courtroom. People need to have some respect for this family, and just knock it off!

I do not blame JM at all. I've said it before and I'll say it again, these ignorant people chasing him around should be ashamed of themselves. He is doing the right thing by avoiding the circus at all costs.

Right, she's not psychotic (which is treatable). She's psychopathic (which is not).

I've read some opinions elsewhere who state that "they" believe, "Jodie will do quite well in prison, in fact she will shine." I can't see how she would love to remain incarcerated. Does anyone here think she would be just as happy to stay behind bars? Just tryin to understand. TIA.

That is why we should hope and pray for the DP. She does not deserve to 'do well' anywhere. jmo

There are meds for almost every personality disorder. LOL

This is an example of meds for antisocial personality disorder:

"Antidepressants may help improve depressed mood, anger, impulsivity, irritability or hopelessness.

Mood-stabilizing medications. As their name suggests, mood stabilizers can help even out mood swings or reduce irritability, impulsivity and aggression.

Anti-anxiety medications. These may help with anxiety, agitation or insomnia. But in some cases, they can increase impulsive behavior.

Antipsychotic medications. Also called neuroleptics, these may be helpful if symptoms include losing touch with reality (psychosis) or, in some cases, anxiety or anger problems are present."

Plus she may have access to therapists, social workers, etc. when in prison.

Yes he is Matt McCartney and old boyfriend of JA`s ... the one she was trying to smuggle the infamous magazines with the coded messages to. Hope this helps. :seeya:

He will flip.

I betcha that's why Jodi had the "migraine" last week. She found out her beloved and trustful confidante was called to prosecution witness list.

He is the nail for Jodi's coffin. moo

He wasn't put on the prosecution's witness list last week -- for sure.

I think I missed his testimony...just found it on Day 10. Is there more? I think I'm still missing some and he seems like a very impressive guy.

Not to me!!!!

He was already weakened by lack of sleep and hours of torture. I am thinking he may have already have endured some chest stabs -see the blood on his chest in his photo with his hand up? See the agonized look on his face?

Just moo, of course, but I also think his back shows signs of him being possibly tied to a bed leg with her sitting on his chest. He has petachaie, which is a cluster of micro bruises caused by a variety of reasons, including stress from weight. The striped pattern of his pitachaie indicates repeated moving from side to side, which he would certainly do if she was cutting on him.

He has a number of strange marks on his ankles and cuts on his feet. Plus his thumb looks like it was bent back judo-style, in addition to the many slashes.

One of my son's suicide attempts was a stab to his chest. I was surprised that it didn't bleed very much. It was a slit an inch deep like many of Travis's cuts. Not lethal but very, very painful.

I can't bear to think about the pain he suffered. It makes me tear up every time.
bbm ~which pic?
