HOW in the world can she be describing ALL her movements for the 31 days she was MIA? I couldn't tell you my movements from 2 days ago, muchless 31 days!

We heard Tony Lazarro say that Casey was into photography, a hobby of hers. I wonder if LE found any cameras in her home and if so what was on them? Maybe they could give a clue as to some of the places she liked to take pics of.

It is strange that Casey spends over six hours a day at Baez's office and has done so the last time she was out on bail, and that she plans to do so now that she is out again. She cannot possibly be telling him her version of events for all those hours, as he would have tried to verify them the first time and realized they are all lies. It does not make sense that he spends so much time with her. That leaves only the following reasons. Weigh in which one you think is likely

1. He has developed some type of romantic relationship with her that has not been consumated, and she continues to try to seduce him, and he allows the flirtation and has become involved with her emotionally (she did try to seduce the security guy and she is motivated only by her desire to seduce men to help her)

2. Baez allows her to use the telephone and internet in his office which he
knows is not tapped.

3. Baez allows her to hang out at his office while he is doing other things so that she does not have to spend time at home.

I vote 2 & 3... I tend to think Casey is the type who gets bored easily and complains a lot, so I'm sure she will find any way to get out of the house (away from her parents?).

I think they sit and surf the internet and contact myspace to get Caylee pages deleted.
I have quite a few myspace friends that have Caylee pages and they have been RAPIDLY getting deleted. None of them are anti Casey either. They are tributes or help find Caylee myspace pages. The rumor is that the A's contact myspace and wanted them deleted to "respect the family". :furious: Most of the pages that have Caylee's name or picture were deleted. WHO has the much time to sit around and look on myspace for that? hmm,... I wonder?! You can't sit in an lawyers office for 7 hours a day all week and have new stuff to say. JMO

Does her nails, writes in her diary, emails her buddies on JB computer, develops more lies to tell anybody when they ask, make JB feel even more sorry for her poor little soul, and probably just sits there are yaks about nothing.

This is what I thought too. If he has her in his office all day, then he knows what she is doing. I would not want to have to be an attorney and a babysitter.

This seems very strange to me. I hope that the Home Confinement Officer has asked what these visits are for and if KC and/or JB has said they are appointments regarding her defense, then I hope at the end of this they check his billable hours against the time she was there. It really gets my goat that this whole family just behaves as if they are not subject to the laws that everyone else is. This is a 22 year old woman whose child has just disappeared, why is she walking the streets? That child was in her charge, she should be behind bars, no bail IMO. Is it possible there is hanky panky going on between them? Is JB that ignorant?

Has anyone notice that lately they have women escorting Casey instead of men. I think they have finally realized that she loooves the attention of a man. She probably has a thing Jose Baez by now. Hopefully, he is acutely aware of her mental status. I think the LE would be wise to find the hottest office on staff and have him question her. Or hell, have a whole slew of the hottest officiers. She would sing like a bird.

I also find it peculiar that she is there 8-9 hours per day.

I suppose when you change your story daily about what your movements for the last 31 days are, it could take up to 8-9 hours per day. Then you have to start all over the following day because it changed again.

She is allowed to leave the house at 10 am. If it takes a half hour to get to his office and a half hour home, that is 5 hours a day. They probably do an hour lunch, so they actually only "work on her defense" for 4 hours a day.

Jose's wife is supposed to be a very attravtive and classy woman. I doubt he is slumming with the mom of the year. I think she was the redhead in the Geraldo boat interview.
