How did TMZ get the fiances suicide note...only through her and how much did she get paid?

My edit...KCTV5 is saying Superior Court released this suicide note....if so why note the other two?

Sorry on iPad and cannot link...

no kidding...he pretty much told her to "tell his story" and you can bet she will with her PR consultant Jose Baez (now with more time due to cancellation of failed TV show). I did not think he cared enough to kill himself so she could be rich but it seems he knew about that appeal rule and did his homework. Sad truth is someway Shay will now be rich.

I guess the best way to look at it is to think the money will go to his innocent daughter.

The TV show was canceled already? ROFL.

I HOPE it ultimately goes to his innocent daughter. But she is very very young. A lot of time for irresponsible people to spend a lot of it before she is able to control it herself. I really hope someone puts a trust of some kind together for her before it gets spent by her caretakers...

So he was trying to get rid of his conviction or somehow purify himself.

Nice job, Hernandez. Thanks for not waiting for that appeal. I've seen enough nonsense clogging up our court system.

Somehow I doubt you're in a better place. Too bad Baez isn't there with you to comfort you.

You just got a standing ovation from me.

I'm glad the letter was brought out to the public, was it wrong, maybe. But it will hopefully silence the ones that thought it was murder and not suicide....Baez

Considering that the proceeds from the sale of his house are attached in the civil suit, and his estate has nothing else, the only way I can think of Shay being 'rich' after his death is if money is hidden away somewhere, otherwise, what riches are there?

Patriots may have to pay up the 6 mil left on his contract since he died "not guilty" in the eyes of the law.

I think he wanted to stick it to the Patriots, and feel like he got the last laugh.

I doubt Baez ever believed their was foul play involved. His gravy train got shut down and he's just wants a little bit of attention to make himself feel better.

And he is oh so welcome to it.

Although he did it for the wrong reasons, it was decent of him to take that step and give the families of his victims the justice that the court system failed to dish out. IMO, he's killed one person and if he didn't physically kill the other two, he was heavily involved in their murders and the coverup, So I think the fact that he gave himself the death penalty is more than reasonable.

I think out of all of Baez's clients, he might be my favorite.

Yes, I understand what you mean.

I have been kind of hoping that Baez's superstar client, FCA, takes a hint about what to do when the jury finds you Not Guilty, and follows in his footsteps.

i think the suicide should be the ultimate answer for anyone that doubted his guilt in the Lloyd Murder...if he really felt he was not guilty of that too he would have trusted Baez and team to get him off...he had every reason to given the results he just got. And yes the self imposed death sentence saved so much wrangling in the courts with the cameras rolling and attention to this attys etc. so for that I think he made the wise decision. I also think he really was being taken over by some false religious convictions that seemed to make this all good.

BBM

I think so too, given that line in the note about 'It's God's plan, not mine'.

I think the contract was structured with terminology about being incarcerated, not so much proven guilty (of whatever stopped him from playing and voiding the contract), not too sure the striking of the verdict is going to help win this battle.

Plus, if he didn't trust Baez/legal team enough to get that first verdict overturned so much that he ended his life, why would he believe they could get the money out of the Pats to make her rich? I guess we'll have to wait and see how it shakes out but my money would be on hidden funds that she knows how and when to access.

I kind of think it's like a mixed bag. From his point of view why not just try to get her the money I am dead , at least I tried

I am sure his lawyer told him this might happen this might not but why not just roll with it and make something out of my life for someone in the end?
