Here's the 'long' 132 page report...if you want to read it.

Glancing through and what struck out to me was govt idiots. They're all running around for a chase car and arming up for the ride to the hospital while there is a naked dead man, covered shampoo. In the ambulance - exactly why do we need 4 armed guards loaded with guns to follow a bubbly clean corpse to a hospital ?

Come on America use some common sense .

The movie Halloween was a movie !!!

I didnt follow this case other than bits and pieces, I tried to get caught up and was really confused about some of the facts. The guy that got shot in the eye, when did that happen and why didnt the shooter, I am assuming it was Aron not just kill him ? Did he get shot cause he was a witness or was it an accident ? thanks

But hey could be sexy - nah!

Feels like the beginning of a really bad 🤬🤬🤬🤬 movie !!!

It takes away my bad boy image

According to the Herald, there was a longer report...

Inmates who claiemd to be "tight" or "real close" with Hernandez said he became increasingly spiritual while in prison, one said Hernandez came to his door before lock-in and said: "Remember when you die your soul gets reincarnated," according to the report. According to another "source," Hernandez had recently mentioned a rumor that "if an inmate has an open appeal on his case and dies in prison, he is acquitted of his charge and will be deemed not guilty," the report said.

Those same inmates said they didn't notice anything out of the ordinary before Hernandez's suicide. According to the report, Hernandez requested that his laundry be ready for an upcoming visit with his fiancee and daughter, appeared to be happy about being found not guilty of a double-murder and even talked "about the NFL and going back to play even if it wasn't with the Pats."

What am I doing wrong I have no-one to request that my laundry be ready at any time!

Are you telling me I have to go kill someone to have valet???

What a bargain!!!

Oh my god you guys "

That's it any one want to split a one wayticket to Pluto?

This is the REAL DEAL !!! Aaron Hernandez' infamous silver Toyota 4-runner. As seen in the New York Times, we're auctioning off this piece of Patriots football memorabilia. This Toyota was given to Hernandez to drive by Fox Toyota in East Providence Rhode Island, for guest appearances, and signings at the dealership, as he was rising to stardom as a tight-end tandem with Rob Gronkowski. This is the 4-runner Boston Police had been searching for in connection with a shooting outside a boston nightclub. The vehicle was found in Hernandez, uncles garage in Bristol Rhode Island, and brought to Boston Police departments impound yard, where it has been until last week. The Toyota is just the way it came from the impound yard, and still has the black soot on the map lights, and sunroof switch where the police dusted for finger prints!! The SUV has 53,000 miles on the odometer, and runs great !! The winner of the auction will also receive a framed jersey autographed, by Hernandez himself. Nows your chance to own this infamous piece of famous football memorabilia !!

Yes, I understand what you mean.

I have been kind of hoping that Baez's superstar client, FCA, takes a hint about what to do when the jury finds you Not Guilty, and follows in his footsteps.

Probably won't happen -- IMO she's too dense-headed and selfish to figure it out... Good thought, however.

IMO

I think the contract was structured with terminology about being incarcerated, not so much proven guilty (of whatever stopped him from playing and voiding the contract), not too sure the striking of the verdict is going to help win this battle.

Plus, if he didn't trust Baez/legal team enough to get that first verdict overturned so much that he ended his life, why would he believe they could get the money out of the Pats to make her rich? I guess we'll have to wait and see how it shakes out but my money would be on hidden funds that she knows how and when to access.

bbm

If he really loved her as he said he did in his letter, she knows. Otherwise....

Here's a pretty good (and not too lengthy) article on Bradley's connection to everything:

It really bothers me that no "journalist" or "news" outlet will be held accountable for the plethora of false and inaccurate reporting in the aftermath of his suicide. Yes, AH is/was human garbage but allowing supposed journalists to get a free pass on this will only increase this behavior.

OL's mother and SJH sister was in courtroom. Judge Garsh taking 20 min break and will come back with ruling.

Bob McGovern @BobMcGovernJr
Judge Garsh, in the room where #AaronHernandez was found guilty of murder, just dismissed the conviction.

https://sports.yahoo.com/news/aaron-hernandezs-murder-conviction-vacated-152810324.html

"Prosecutor Patrick Bomberg argued otherwise, saying that Hernandez chose to die, thus making a conscious decision to forfeit his appeal process as a way to be cleared, which wasn’t the intent of the law.

“The defendant should not be able to accomplish in death what he could not accomplish in life,” Bomberg argued.

He also noted that Hernandez, according to a state police report, mentioned to an unnamed fellow inmate that he was aware of the abatement law and in a suicide note mentioned to his fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, wrote, “YOURE RICH.”

At stake is not just Hernandez’s record, but potential payouts from the New England Patriots, who could, perhaps, no longer be able to withhold money owed due to a conviction for murder."

What a sad outcome for the victims, their families, and for justice.
