Defense done, one hour lunch.

Anyone know how many people are on def testify list? So the whole point of the gum is that Maybe his DNA transferred from gum to casing? Goodness, that's all they got? Would love to know peoples thoughts. Guilty?

Why in the heck did DT have that testimony about AH's DNA on the gum at the site of the murder ???? That proves he or at least his gum was there..I KNOW---AH was so busy chewing gum that he didn't have time to shoot anyone----OR chewing gum calms AH down--so he mellowed out and didn't shoot OL ???? Or the gum fell out of AH's car and adhered itself to the casing and that is how AH's DNA got on the casing. Just shooting S--- at the wall to see if it sticks.

wow. What a weak defense case. I hope arrogant-aaron is squirming in his seat.

That PCP 'expert' was great for the state's case, imo. It is like the defense is saying ' Aaron didn't do nuthin, but if he did do something, he was high on PCP' so it ain't his fault. What a loser argument.

First of all, pCP is not a valid defense against murder. Who cares if they smoked it or not? And second, AH's defense has been that he is NOT involved. So how does PCP affect anything?

I hope Aaron is paying huge money to this defense team. That will make me laugh even harder at this lame presentation today. :giggle:

They will try to say he could have been chewing the gum any time he had the car.

I was a bit worried about all the circumstantial evidence, but if this is all they have then he's going down.

  • #772
So closing arguments are tomorrow? Anyone seeing something that I'm not? Looks bad for ah.

True, but he bought some blue gum on the way to the killing. And what a coinky-dink-------some chewed blue gum was wadded up against a spent shell.

  • #774
This looks really bad for aH. They did not put up much of a defense at all. I thought they were going to try and weasel out of it all somehow. Maybe give an alternative scenario. Anything. Like one of the others suddenly shot him and AH had no idea it was going down and he was too scared to say anything, etc etc.

But they are just grasping at straws here, imo. PCP?
