GUILTY MA - Aaron Hernandez, New England Patriots player, charged with homicides #3

DT indicates that the information outside of the courtroom hasnt been vetted. Only evidence inside of the courtroom has been vetted.

DT says that the jury needs to make up their own minds regarding evidence presented, such as a video. Not what an attorney says it is.

DT says there are two ways to analyze the evidence-right way and wrong way. Right way=presumption of evidence. Has the prosecution proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Wrong way=starts with the presumption of guilt. Assume AH is guilty and look for evidence of guilt and disregard everything else. DT submits that is what the prosecution did.

DT says the prosecution presented the case as a mystery to be solved by the jury and using imagination, guess work and speculation. Not appropriate for a court of law.

DT keeps hitting reasonable doubt. (not good imo)

DT says you must find AH innocent. Analyzing the evidence the wrong way is what will lead to a guilty verdict.

Two Questions-who killed Odin Loyd and why did it happen?

Undisputed evidence regarding AH and OL-they met via girlfriends. Odin and AH would hang out together, smoke weed together. No one has said any different.

(Interesting given the parameters given by the judge not permitting evidence of conflict between AH and other friends, right?)
