Thanks borndem - I know that I am 2 hours ahead of London! So I am 7 hours ahead of the East Coast! :D I'll check in at 4pm my time today and see what's going on!

And Europe doesn't change to Daylight Savings until March 26th... So for a week it will be 8 hours, no - 6 hours ahead.... LOL!

All this makes me a bit dizzy, Niner -- how about you?? Yes, the world is a complicated place...trees, dogs, birds, oceans, mountains don't care what time it is -- only we of the human persuasion -- whew!!
:gaah:.......:crosseyed:

See you later -- or is it earlier?????!!!!!

Prosecution UP :judge:

State seems jumpy and nervous. Talking very fast. Not really connecting, imo.

Baez is watching him like a hawk...

  • #344
State seems to be slowing down and doing a bit better. Talking about the night of the murder...who called whom, who picked up whom in the Silver Toyota SUV....

They were only in the club for 10 minutes?

  • #346
Yes, seems so. AH was "agitated." (What a jerk AH was.) Seems to me, he's acting more like he's on meth rather than pot & alcohol. Why the super-vigilance of AH at the club?

  • #347
The prosecutor did a pretty good job, IF what he is saying holds true. They have quite a bit of damning circumstantial evidence. But Baez is a crafty, creepy, shady attorney...:sigh:

  • #348
it was supposed to be a 5 min recess...think it has been 15 already?

  • #349
Ok, ugghhh...Baez is going to be up now...ughhhh

  • #350
this is a pretty long '5 min' break...Is Baez being a diva?

  • #351
Baez up-----going right to the witness as actually being the shooter...saying Bradley was the killer.

  • #352
OH MY LORD----

" Why did Aaron throw his life away?.....easy answer---he chose to hang around with the wrong people..."

GMAFB

  • #353
Baez trying to minimize AH's drug use---" LOTS of NFL players use marijuana to heal their injuries.. we will show evidence of that."

  • #354
Baez naming other Patriot players, implying AH went to clubs with Gronkowski etc..

Baez hitting on the 'flimsy motive..."

Baez working hard to make Bradley the bad guy, and AH the poor, victim.

  • #355
I hope the jury can see through Baeaz's slick BS

  • #356
Baez trying to say that he has proof the spilled drink never happened---because the cameras don't show wetness on AH's clothing...

What a bunch of BS. A spilled cocktail does not have to drench someones clothing...

And Baez going over the top, saying the club got rid of evidence, tampered with evidence, because this was a drug deal gone wrong in the club, and they don't want to be sued...

What a crock. Those immigrants, making minimum wage , DID NOT buy high priced pot from Bradley, AH's pot dealer.

Thanks for taking one for the team. I never watch opening or closing statements until after a trial. To much BS that raises my BP :)

Thanks everyone for watching JB and letting us know what is going on. I cannot, just cannot watch his antics again after felon CA.....at least there is no flirting going on.

I am too angry to continue trying to explain or describe the arrogance and the total BS coming from Baez ...

He is ending by warning the jury not to 'discriminate against this celebrity, just because he is successful..."
