Baez is implying the detective is being dishonest when he said he needed a search warrant---but detective is holding his own, imo.

Baez is acting all shocked that the EMT put sheets over the bodies. Acting like it is a travesty.

Pulls out the crime scene rules from the department. Trying to make it look like he broke all of the rules etc concerning moving bodies from crime scene. Baez being really condescending and arrogant.

LOVING THIS JUDGE---he jumps in asks Baez to 'move along' when he tries to take the detectives out into the weeds...

The judge in the Aaron Hernandez double murder trial on Tuesday ordered a courtroom television camera turned off after a report that some of the footage may have violated a ban on filming jurors.

Defense attorney Jose Baez said he had been told that jurors’ reflections had been visible on a monitor. Prosecutor Teresa Anderson also said she had been alerted to the filming of jurors.

Apparently the judge is going to decide tomorrow morning whether he will allow the cameras back on again.

I really think that sweeper was tweaking on meth or something. His jaw was giving him away. he could not sit still, and was talking so fast, like it was an SNL sketch about a tweaker.

He seemed like he was a big Aaron Hernandez fan, the way he talked about being 'disrespected' over and over again. And he has an open case of Assault with a Weapon going on---so he had personal issues with the cops. Kind of cracks me up that Baez wants to use him as his key defense witness. Wonder if he will get to speak before the jury...

It was right after he was describing the shooting and said he left, ended up at home after many taxi rides & walking, told his girlfriend what happened. She said to call the police, said he did but burnt his clothes. Then the live stream went off. Then I found these tweets about the defense going to the Supreme Court...
