AH is accused of murdering Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in 2012 and prosecutors are showing the gun to the jury.
"Jailene Diaz-Ramos, who was in a 3-car crash on I-91 in Springfield on June 21, 2013." LE found a gun in her trunk. She did not have legal authority to have a gun in her possession and was arrested. Tests found that the gun was used in the murder of DdA and SF. The gun was found a year AFTER the murders.

Despite showing the jury the alleged murder weapon, the prosecution has so far provided no direct link to #AaronHernandez.

Judge Jeffrey Locke DENIED "defense’s motion for a mistrial based on the Friday testimony of a witness to the shooting at the heart of the case."
Defense said Raychides Sanche, the person that survived the shooting, "gave a “knowing look and head nod” in the direction of Hernandez in court Friday–and argued the shooting survivor’s testimony unfairly identified Hernandez as the shooter."
Everyone is out to lunch for about an hour....IMO that depends on the defense team holding things up again.
